When I first got the recommendation for the Sony WH-1000XM4's, needless to say I was sceptical. Ben had a rough review season with the infamous laptop recommendation, so I found myself a bit hesitant. The thing that pushed me to take it was that if I didn't like them, I could always get a refund and get another pair I did like. Boy am I glad I did. These headphones are everything I wanted in a pair of headphones, and I have to say that Ben absolutely nailed it. He handled it quickly, confident, and with the ease and comfort I have come to expect from professionals. For anyone else thinking of asking Ben for tech recommendations, but is hesitating due to a bungled review horror story, don't. I can promise you you will not leave unsatisfied!

The hours are inaccurate. I had fast and efficient service at this location when it is open, however do not go here on Saturdays. I wish I saw prior reviews mentioning this. Wells Fargo appointment-making system is not currently aware of the issue either.

If you drop off a loan/mortgage/whatever payment at the drive thru window, they are less likely to bug you about opening up a Wells Fargo checking account.

The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!

This branch started closing in the mornings for what reason? The competitors around them are open! Only good thing is there are five ATMs in this location, so I guess they can figure they do not need the branch open...
