They charge $7.50 to cash a check if you don’t bank with them even if the check being cashed is from there. ??

If you use the ATM it is often out of order.I would suggest caution using the ATM at night as it is often having criminals in the area and muggings.The teller wait time is long here, but that is normal with most inner city banks.I have experienced rude service from the bank managers here.

Called the 1-800 to get help with an urgent issue and they said I should go to a branch and meet with a banker. Go to this location, which says they are open, however the doors were locked. A woman came to the door who was extremely rude and told me they aren’t open because of Covid. Why are some branches open and some are not. Doesn’t make ANY sense. I asked if she could tell me which banks were open and she said, “I don’t know” and shut the door on my face.

The listing says that it's open, they are not open. They have one drive-thru lane open and it's backed way the heck up. There's no external signage saying that the lobby is closed until you walk up to the door. There's no indication is when they're going to reopen. Cannot plan or work with this branch.

Terrible branch long wait times for simple stuff and not reliable with times says they’re hours on the doors but they’re doors are locked.

The sign on the door read open until 2:00pm but the interior was closed way early.

Waited over 30 minutes in the tiny vestibule of this branch just to get a roll of quarters. At one point there were 3 tellers helping the one customer they let in at a time! The branch is quite large but they don't have a plan to let people with masks on come in and stand 6 feet apart. Many people got tired of waiting in this tiny space and walked out in disgust. The security guard was very busy looking at his phone. Isn't there some way to keep an eye on the line and let people wait six feet apart inside? You were not monitoring the waiting customers at all. Your motto in big red letters behind the counter is all about COURTESY and I saw none of that today. I'm in the process of moving my accounts elsewhere.

Google says they close at noon on Saturdays... Got there at 11:40 (so it's not like I sprinted in last minute...) and they had already closed the drive-thru. Waited in line outside the building to see a teller in the lobby. No one assisted us for 15 minutes as the line grew and then came to tell us that the lobby is closed and most all of their business is being done through the drive thru currently, which I definitely tried first and was not allowed to enter. Waste of my time and extremely poor service. Don't do business with Wells Fargo if you can help it.

Inconsiderate branch with rude services provide by tellers. Over ten cars in the drive-up and only one lane open? Does it take a genius to thought this through? I was very clear to the teller what I wish to do with my transaction (cash the check, then deposit portion of it as cash) but teller insist I should be doing it her way (deposit the check and cash out). It’s very clear to me that the teller does not value my business nor care about the customer service she provided over at drive-through. Took her over 15 min. for her to complete my service (everything is recorded at drive-up) so I am not exaggerating about the wait time. Unbelievable!
