I'm extremely displeased with Wells Fargo selling my account to and out of state bank. After 8 years and this is how im treated. The circles I had to go through of making contact with the other bank, making my first payment and yes, I was almost charged twice in addition to trying to set up direct payment. Absolutely horrible, thank you Wells Fargo I guess this is how you repay loyal customers. I honestly felt as if I was set up for failure in addition to being punked. 😡

The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!

was at the IDS Wells Fargo Branch today staff was not friendly ..Did not answer or did not know the answer to the Questions I had ask ,,,Will not be going back to that Branch
