Have a 9,400 debit on my credit card that they can't figure out how to get to me. The banker said he "wouldn't even know who to talk to". I need the money now and they still haven't mailed the check. It's been three weeks.

I've been having a difficult time reaching anyone who can help me. My old branch in Nokomis was great. I could stop by and get my questions answered. I know COVID changed things but between the perpetual run around on phone support and the need to make appointments, my experience with Wells Fargo has been less than stellar lately.

Everyone there is very friendly and quite competant. If there's a line they open another teller window. It was quick and professional. Free coffee available for customers.

I went to go, pull out a large sum of money, and surprisingly they gave me no fuss about it. That was really great to hear, as I really need the cash in hand to go buy some equipment for my business. Thank you very much for making the cash available so I can proceed with my business.

My father has been a Wells Fargo customer for 70 yrs, at this branch for probably 50.Now he is in a senior care facility and made a mistake with his online password such they locked him out.He's old with diminished vision, hearing and in a senior facility with a land line - no text.I'm joint on the account but 1,000 miles distant in a state with no WF branches. Thus far, with my elderly father on the phone, we've spent 7 separate episodes with Wells Fargo "customer service" - including a conversation with "Kerri" the branch manager.ALL have refused to resolve this - because my Dad can't respond to a text verification (since he's in a senior facility). Doesn't matter that I'm joint on the account, not to mention POA and have been FOR YEARS.They want my Dad & I to physically come to a branch. Doesn't matter to Wells Fargo that my Dad is immobile, doesn't matter that I live 1,000 miles away, there is no thought WHAT SO EVER of serving the customer in the Wells Fargo organization.At this point we can't look to see if there is enough money to cover the automatic debit for the nursing home bill.Remember: This is the same Wells Fargo caught fleecing millions of low activity accounts with bogus add-on fees held mostly by helpless seniors and railed on by Presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren & others for systemic theft.Despicable, heinous, loathsome - on a good day.

Let me tell you I have small business me and my family we come here every time this manager lady called Alexandra and this other maxican girl that works there don’t know her name every times I come and they there rude and always holds my checks I go other Wells Fargo always gives me and when I tell them that holds my check every time same woman they always wonder why because nothing wrong with ny account this is third time she did this to me when she sees our faces she automatically does it and when she’s not there the other managers are they always gives us our checks even the other bankers are nice never said or ever being rude to them the moment they sees us always have something negative how you gonna hold my check when there is no reason give me reason always no reason she can’t tell me she’s holding my check becoz she doesn’t like us hun this is not your house guess what you can sit there and be racist Wells Fargo ain’t gonna benefit anything from you always she had the manager card out im the manager well this is Minnesota there is millions Wells Fargo branch I would’ve closed my account but there is always good people.

This Wells Fargo staff are very helpful. They were instrumental in helping me rollover my 401(k) into a entrepreneur pension so I could invest it in my own small business. They helped protect my retirement earnings and allowed for me to use MY money tax free to try to start up my own small business through their business accounts and with a credit line I could get at no other bank in the area at the time due to the financial collapse of our nation...FYI, you need two million in this day and age. I had nothing even close to that.
