The drive through was closed at 3.30 on a Thursday. This is not the first time I have pulled up hoping to use the drive up teller service and not been able. Please serve the people in your community.

Wells Fargo is dying I guess. Came in this morning to set up a business checking account, was told there's only one person who can do that and he wasn't in. Made time to come back in the afternoon and was told he had come in, hadn't called me like the teller promised, and now he was on hour break. What's worst is there's no way to call the specific branch to get the info you need before going in, the listed number is just a general line for all Wells Fargos apparently.

Terrible customer service but it's more of a fault of Wells Fargos terrible business practices.I'd recomend you go to any bank but Wells Fargo,You deserve better, and to have your money instantly/no holds on payroll paychecks.

Even though they are a bank, they say they cannot give you change from your commercial deposits slip. Let’s say you give them a deposit for 398.25 and you have in the envelope $400. They will scold you and say “we’ll do it this time but we can’t next time; it needs to be exact change. We’re not doing it again.” Makes me have to drive all the way to NE Wells to get change. That can be tough sometimes running a little store. I am very surprised a large bank like Wells Fargo cannot do change.

So I schedule an appointment at 3:30 due to me getting off at 3pm ad my commute is like fifteen to sixteen minutes and the phone service associate said that would be alright and would make a note that three thirty would work and would specify in a note. Turns out no note was made so I would advise at least three times your intentions Clear and straight cause it's seem like things are too good to be true here really unfortunate but would make due for the temporary fix. Smh

Why support a community business, when that business doesn't support the community?I've had an account through a former employer for decades. I was hoping to get a cash advance from a virtual debit card and received condescending non-answers from staff. They do like to talk down to customers and divert attention from the topic on hand, but refuse to be helpful.

I work dang near 12 hours a day to only get off and have the teller tell me they can't put a pin number in for my debit card. Then to add when I lost my card and had to ask for a replacement, the supervisor rushes me out the door and rudely tells me he can't help me. Tomorrow....I promise, the best thing I will do is end my account with Wells Fargo. The customer service sucks,the bank uses hidden fees, takes money without your permission, rude employees, and no one ever picks up the phone for answers concerning the money they've taken from you.

COVID tip: It's frustrating that the automated message you get when you call this branch doesn't tell you to call the central office for setting up an appointment. I see folks are being turned away at the door for not having an appointment, but then you call the branch and it just says they're not answering. a better voicemail recording would say "Please call 1-800-TO-WELLS" to schedule an appointment. I got the run around but finally scheduled one by calling the 1-800 number and saying "Safe Deposit Box" to get me to a representative who could schedule me at the local branch. hope this helps others. it would be nice if WF could update their answering machine or even just redirect you to the 1-800 number.

Greeted rudly at the door by a security guard who just said "what do you need". Then he told me I need to make an appointment to open an account. I tried calling the branch prior to coming in but no one answered. I'll just open an account elsewhere.

The customer service at this location sucks. They treat you like a criminal instead of a customer and I'm guessing because of the area and location. I would rather go to one of the downtown locations where your treated like loyalty and at least with great customer service if nothing else!

No outside ATM. Long lines. Poor parking. The inside is nicely done and the loan officers are down to earth.
