It amazes me how often there is no staff when they are open. Sitting for 10 minutes before someone is like "do you need help?" It has happened 3 times in a row.

The door and online said they are open at 9 am on weekdays but there is no one inside!! All dark and locked up on a Thursday at 10 am and no sign of anyone working. How about update the openings online and on the door!!

I was trying to use that ATM in the lobby, but just can not get their door open! tried to swipe card on the reader on the door, won’t work! Give up! I just move next door to Chase.

I got 69 dollars from a class action lawsuit once! Wells Fargo has a reputation of opening unauthorized accounts without customers' permission and having predatory overdraft fee practices. If you are in it for the long haul you too might get some money back in a lawsuit but if you are short-sighted best go with a credit union like Affinity Plus or literally any other bank.

Wells Fargo reminds me of the old Econo Lodge commercial.. where all they could say was no. I have been their customer for over seven years. When I opened my account I was told if I made 10 debit card transactions I would not have to pay a service fee. You all changed that! Then I was told if I added a way to save I would not have to pay a service fee. I was charged $10 this month! I called your customer service and after your rep told me I had been misinformed I told him I wanted the $10 refunded. He offered me $2.50!! I asked for a manager who refunded the $10. This was a waste of an hour of my time which BTW is worth more than $10. I opened another account and plan to close my wells fargo account. I realize I am only one customer and my business probably means nothing to wells fargo but doing business with a company that cares means the world to me.I did receive a reply from wells fargo requesting info to contact me. I sent the info but not to my surprise; no one followed up! I am happy to see reviews that say they are getting great service from wells fargo. My issue is not with the branch, it is with the call center associates, Proving that it is much easier to be indifferent to someone you can hang up on versus someone that is in your face!

There is a banker called Jenny she is very rude person if you walk in the bank you can see her attitude from a mile away if you ask her for any service she will behave like she's doing you a favor what a rude person I will never come back here??????
