It is a distinguished bank and can solve any customer problem very quickly. This happened to me personally and I was treated well and my problem was solved as quickly as possible.

Pros: dedicated parking lot and on Saturday when very busy, they had someone who could answer questions or help make an appointment, etc., before getting in the very long line so that you don't waste your time.Cons: so busy, I really wish they had longer hours or more people.

Teller was uneducated on procedures and told me to talk to the Manager who was not helpful at all, and told me I had to talk to a Banker. I left her desk and then Manager started talking to other employees and then other customers. I went back to her to show her that her actions were the reason ofor the 2.4 Google Review..

People are nice at the bank itself but there's so many Hoops you have to jump through to do a simple transaction it takes forever.
I go to my credit union I hand them a check they had me money it takes like 5 minutes Wells Fargo takes like 20 it's insane.

Walked inside to excellent customer service. Medium length line. 3 cashiers working and 1 supervisor walking behind them okaying transactions as needed.

Worst customer service at the teller! I stayed in line for about an hour and was denied the coins I requested when I have a lot of money in my account. Avoid this location at any cost!

Wells Fargo is the only bank I have seen that won't take cash. I tried to deposit $500.00 for my sister-in-law and was refused. She had just come from the doctor and couldn't walk. They have all of the drive thru lane closed. They deposited a check but refused to deposit cash. When did cash become obsolete for a bank? Maybe the bank is obsolete?

Terrible!!! ATM always down. Always massive lines to go drive thru banking. Just want to close accts! Have to make an appt but can't even close accts w these jokers!

No drive through service anymore, often only one teller inside. Be prepared to wait.

This branch and Wells in general is garbage. Have to make an appointment days in advance to even talk to a banker. Just bank with someone else.

I waited in the drive through teller line for over 30mins only to be told they couldn’t serve me because it was now after 12PM. Despite arriving at 11:30am. As an ex-employee I did not appreciate the lack of customer service. I understand you can’t serve people who arrive after you close but if there was only 1 teller handling both commercial and regular teller lines then they should have offered to serve us in the branch given the long wait time. I was helped across the street at US bank and will be taking my accounts there.
