I was told by the representative/greeter that I needed an appointment to complete what I needed. Meanwhile they are banker on their phones (personal) avoiding eye contact with me. She did not adequately resolve my customer service issues. Strongly considering closing my account due to the lack of professionalism.

This branch consistently has problems. Every time I need to go for something simple, I dread it. Today they were open an hour late when I was trying to run there quickly from a few blocks away on a 15 minute break from work. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to open an hour late. Just needed quarters. There are consistently staffing issues and know-how problems at this branch. It’s ridiculous. Somebody from higher up at WF needs to let this branch manager know it’s an issue. The teller also treated me very rudely when I asked what the problem was and why they were not open during their posted hours. Very very rude staff.

Waiting in line for 15 minutes. Two other people (bankers) behind the counter talking but NOT helping customers. Two people in front of me and two people waiting behind me. Awful! Just awful.

I was getting service from here. They kept saying I don't look like the person on my current driver license, then I show them my school ID. Then kept asking a bunch of weird questions. In the meantime my 2 year old is screaming she wants to pee and to my astonishment they would not help us use the bathroom for the 2 year old neither NOT help me quickly access my funds. I have been to other Wells Fargo and have never had such bad experience as this location. This is NOT on the whole bank but the issue was with staff at this location.

Came here three different occasions and they are always closed even though there working hours listed on google says 9-5. What a waste of time. Shame on me for thinking driving here for a third time will any different.

Absolutely the worst service on the planet. They can't get new customers so they have to steal mortgages from other companies. I didn't want their "services" but now I have to live with them. Website is HORRIBLE. You have to know web design just to make a payment or update your personal info. This company is trash.

Doors are never opened to use atm in between doorways, even before they open... No one never answers the phone when you call, and they refuse to make change for smaller bills. Took a $50 to get (5) $10 and they refused ... never use this bank location ridiculous
