How is it that THE MAIN wells fargo in Minneapolis can't take a phone call? This is the second wells fargo I called to ask a question that put me on hold for 2 ring cycles then automatically hung up on me. Every wells fargo I've been to is a horrible experience. But that's what you get with big corporate banks and business.

I give up. I tried their tool to customize my credit card picture. First time an outdoor scene from Italy was rejected (due to the bronze statue showing - gasp - human parts???), second, too few pixels, 3rd time too many pixels. I give up, just send me the damn card with WF's logo.

No possible way of entering this place, even though two separate people affiliated with the company told me otherwise. The door to the 24-hour ATM just doesn't work. Sooooo, either smash your way in with a rock/brick, or don't even waste your time with this bunch of thrives and swindlers.LIVE, LAUGH, LOVE

The bank in Minneapolis has horrible customer service. Especially the managers! Typed in my online banking date wrong and accidentally paid a bill late. They will not wave my late fee. Nor do they care about there customers at all! DO NOT GET A LOAN THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! They also HARASS you and call you several times in a day over one missed bill that was an accident. I ALWAYS PAY AHEAD OF TIME AND EXTRA! But they don't care. Nor do they give you the appropriate amount of time to correct you mistake. GET REAL WELLS FARGO! RIDICULOUS!!!

Worst customer service award goes to Wells Fargo. I've heard the radio adds about how WF is trying to become a better more personalized bank, a former version of their better standards (or something like that)... That was definitely not my experience, and I was simply trying to close my account. In my opinion, they have a long way to go. Better luck in 2019 WF.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Called to get a form I need, from a policy my wife - who passed away - had with this Bank. The "customer service" person could not have been more; lost, rude & totally rushing. This is a critical / *simple* document I need for Probate Court --- wells fargo, in all their anti-customer service mode, has just turned this into one of those dreadful situations, w/ multiple calls, speaking w/ more rude & lost people, in my very near future, ugh !!

Absolutely the worst! I scheduled a call to discuss refinance options and received a call from someone who never bothered to follow up, I then called and talked to another person who NEVER emailed me my options. I then called a third time and spoke with someone who couldnt even find my home mortgage. My fourth attempt was an email to the second guy I talked to. My fifth and LAST attempt was a voicemail to the guy I emailed , who once again never called me back. News alert Wells Fargo- I'm taking my mortgage to another company!! You have officially lost my business as a current homeowner who HAS a mortgage with you.

This is the worst banking experience I have ever had. I have a very serious problem that is costing me hundreds of dollars and a ruined vacation because the banker I called lied to me. Now I'm in a foreign country with no access to my account and not a single Banker I spoke with can help me. Furthermore one of the bankers I spoke with told me there was no problems with my account and that no transactions were being declined however this was a blatant lie. Needless to say the other bank cards that I have Chase being one of them is giving me no problems whatsoever. I'm documenting it every step of the way and I will post everything on YouTube. Wells Fargo has terrible customer service that will say anything just to get you off the phone. I confirmed with the supervisor I spoke with that the calls were being recorded and I will post said recording the second I get back to the States. Thank God I didn't rely only on Wells Fargo they are very unreliable and I would have been left in a foreign country if I did. Furthermore the customer service representative at Wells Fargo were more interested in what they couldn't do for me then what they could. So if you want to be left high and dry when you need your money the most absolutely bank with Wells Fargo otherwise Chase is the best option.
