I feel lime I was profiled. I went to this shop looking to get a dent and scratches fixed. While I waiting a apparently rich person comes in and gets immediately helped. I felt like you have to be rich to get your vehicle fixed. I felt I was taken advantage because I am not a ruch person. I will never be back ever

I was referred to Walser Collision & Glass by BMW Motorwerks in Bloomington, as they did not do glass replacements on vehicles, specifically BMWs. Walser Collision & Glass told me they tested everything before removing the glass to ensure all the electronic systems tied to the windshield were working. They said everything checked out okay.
At this point, Walser Collision & Glass replaced the windshield of the vehicle. Once they replaced the glass, they tested the electronic system again, and they were coming up with failures in the electronic system. They told me that it might be the glass they were using, although they had never had this problem before, so they suggested installing the original manufacturer’s glass, which was a more expensive glass. I agreed to the more expensive glass because I wanted the electronic systems tied to the windshield to work. After replacing the windshield again with the more expensive glass and still coming up with failures in the electronic systems, they now claimed that somehow water had magically appeared when they removed the glass, causing the electronic system to short everything out. They said there was nothing they could do and that the issue was not their fault.
At this point, I took the vehicle back to Motorwerks to have them look at the electronic system. After running the diagnostics and inspecting it, they could not find any shorts in the wires or water damage. According to Motorwerks, everything looked good except that the electronic system was not working.
Repairing the electronic system to get the car back to its original state would cost over $2,500. This is a significant amount, especially considering that when I took the car to Walser Collision & Glass, everything was working fine. Their response to the issue was to blame us, claiming that water had caused the problem. However, their theory is flawed. If water was the issue, wouldn't the car have been leaking water the whole time if the original windshield was not sealed properly?
There are many good companies out there that can replace windshields and will take responsibility when they do something wrong. Walser Collision & Glass is not one of them. I would not recommend taking your vehicle here, as if there were to be an issue, they would not take responsibility.
Also, I am typically not a person to write reviews as I believe there are normally two sides to every story, but I can’t get over the fact that when I took the car there, everything worked fine, but when I got it back, the electronic systems tied to the windshield were not working, and it was my fault.

Cindy & Jeff are Amazing! Someone did a hit and run on my parked car. It was very mangled !! Jeff fixed her up beautifully and to add …on a time crunch as well ! I highly recommend them !! Amazing people and Beautiful work !! Thank you again guys !

I had an accident with my driver's door and the side of my garage door. Causing me to "tommy boy" my door. I called walser the next morning. They gave me a quote. Once insurance was ready I dropped it off. It was there for about a couple weeks. When I got it back. It looked better than before. They blended the paint so well. I highly recommended them. And David was great and easy to talk to.

I went in for an estimate to repair damage to my rear bumper cover and a quarter panel on my Chevy Impala. I was impressed with the professionalism of the estimators and the staff and chose to do the work there. The repair time was about 2 days longer than originally estimated but that was due to a delay in the availability of one of the parts that needed to be replaced. They communicated the delay and once they had the part the repair was completed. They useed genuine GM
parts The quality of the work is excellent. The repaired area absolutely looks like new.

I wanted an OEM Mazda replacement windshield and the dealership said to go here. I did get a replacement through insurance. Staff were easy and pleasant to work with. Was done in 1.5 hours ahead of schedule.
I did need to go back and have the wiper blades adjusted because they were swinging too far past the windshield and hitting the A pillar. Didn't need an appointment for that, was fixed no questions asked. Would recommend.

I've had to bring my car in for hail damage repair twice in the last few years and both times they have exceeded my expectations. They're so thorough, kind, and answer all questions in a manner that is friendly and informative. This last time, I asked if they'd be able to apply some scratch-resistant film to a part of my car that they said they'd never done before. Their "film guy" had no problem doing it and I can't say how pleased I am with the results. Complimentary buffing of some scratches was also an amazing kindness. I highly recommend this location!
