Apart from the double billing between my primary and secondary insurances I addressed, this location has been very helpful with the numerous medications I take on a monthly basis. Props to Rosco and his team for taking the time to get to know me as a patient as developing a professional relationship with my pharmacy team was something that I was concerned about when first moving to Minneapolis. I am on a first name basis with most of the staff and appreciate their efforts and punctuality when filling my prescription(s).

Have been going here for years now even though there is a much, much closer Walgreens. Why? They're always on top of my refills, and they're always ready when they say they'll be ready. The staff is amazing, on top of everything, and generally the most helpful, nice people you could ever hope to deal with.

Words really cannot do this place justice. I have been using this Walgreens location for years. Everyone who works here is kind, considerate and the customer service is amazing! I would rate it 10 stars if possible.When I moved out of Minneapolis, I tried to work with a local Walgreens but had no success. Got placed on hold for long times, the pharmacist could get my prescription right and I never received an answer to my questions.I reached out to Walgreens at Allina and they were able to get everything done and completed on the first call. Amazing customer service!!Thank you to all the staff there who really know how to treat customers and perform at such a high level!

I would receive a call from one of the pharmacist a week before my medication’s would be ready for pick up and we would go over all of my medication’s and make sure everything was up-to-date sometimes if needed I would inform them on any changes that might have needed to made in return They would call me when the order was ready and I would come in to pick my medication’s I would get all the way home only to find out that two or three of my medication’s were missing and then would have to go back up to the pharmacy to get the rest of my medications Sometimes They would tell me that a medication was not in stock and that I had to come back at a later date to get them at times I feel like I was being rationed on my medication to the point of missed doses they seem to just put your medication‘s in any kind away almost like they just throw them in the bag there was always an issue with my insurance even when I found out what the problem was and had it correct there were still problems of getting things approved there computer system at this location is not always the most reliable or up-to-date my medication’s were always getting delete it out of the system The treatment from the staff it is extremely questionable sometimes you don’t know if you’re being nice to you or under handedly offensive And condescending I say this because I have my own personal information repeated back to me an a joking manner which at no time I ever found funny I can’t think of the times I had to bite my tongue and it’s not comforting to know that they have knowledge of personal and information of all of their clients I could go into a litany of details but needless to say The behavior Comes off very immature and most of all unprofessional your clients should be looked at as your own personal experiments and considered as personal private jokes I came to this pharmacy around mid October of 2013 and as of two weeks ago left in June 2021 almost 9 years close to a decade I just got fed up and decided to go to another pharmacy this behavior does not speak for the The staff as a whole there are generally some nice people that work here and Walgreens overall it’s a good company but this location definitely needs some work and most some improvement

Walgreens employee superior wi name Kyle old white guy with beard try to accused me of stealing two weeks prior to me coming in says he has a video of me stealing I said go show me I'll buy my stuff on a credit card I have proof of when I purchase after I go in the back and ask if he has the video he says he doesn't have it as I walked out to the front I record him he tries to get aggressive and pulled my phone from my hand then and says are you trying to record me i get my p

The store itself through the front are by no means horrible, as to why I'm rating this 1 star. My only issue and why I'm rating this 1 star, is that after hours on the phone and going back and forth with the pharmacist for my medication, apparently it was "misplaced" or "lost" through the process or being prepared. I don't know how that happens and how no one can be helped accountable for that, but obviously seems precautions and security measures for medication is lack of.
