Pharmacy has terrible customer service. Always a long wait even when there’s no line. They are regularly screwing up prescriptions, not auto refilling when they should be, not even when you order refill through phone or app - you go to pick it up and it’s not ready so after you’ve waited for 20 min in line, you need to wait another 20 min for them to fill the script and then get back in line again when they call your name. Techs and pharmacist are rude and judgmental when it comes to discussing certain medications. Avoid this place if you can! Note: The store itself is fine and staff is friendly and helpful.

Curbside is a joke. Waited over 15 minutes & then they wouldn’t answer the phone for a good 5 minutes. I was the only car waiting. Could’ve been in and out of the store much faster. 2-stars because the employee delivering my item was nice.

I Always have such a pleasant experience when I come to pick up my meds here. I always see how hard everyone is working and appreciate them for how much they do. Love my pharmacy crew here.

Pharmacy tech was telling her coworker the wrong name to yell related to my prescription and laughing while I was waiting for my medication. Meanwhile, they did not have enough medication to fill my prescription nor would the woman assist me in using my HSA card.

Unless the pharmacy at this location is actually synthesizing the drugs for the prescriptions they fill, there is no excuse for the ridiculously long wait to get prescriptions here.Super-basic prescriptions like antibiotics (nothing fancy, I'm talking amoxycillin and zithromax) have taken 5-6 hours from the time the prescription was called in by the provider until the prescription was actually available for pickup.The rest of the store is fine, and I've had good experiences at the photo area, but as a drugstore this location completely fails to provide prescription medication in a timely fashion.

I think I can count on one hand the amount of times my RX was actually ready on time, several times I've come in and they've made me wait, and it hasn't been ready or they don't have enough. There's literally like 10 Walgreens within a few miles that aren't complete trash

majority of pharmacy staff is unmasked. frankly we should expect more from people who work adjacent to healthcare--this is disgusting, the pandemic is not over.

Pharmacy hours are the least inaccessible of all Walgreens, causing me to miss important medications because they were “closed” also had to come back more than once because the staff here are incompetent and take 10 years per customer.
