It is embarrassing how bad this Walgreens is. They have messed up several prescriptions and not taken any responsibility. I am moving all of my prescriptions as soon as I am able to do so.

The most awful pharmacy in town. Every time, by phone and in person, staff are vocally abusive to me, they can't give me straight answers, I have to call and remind them to fill my prescriptions despite being on auto refill, and they don't even know what they have in stock. And don't even get me started on how everything in the store is locked up, there's people loitering all day long, the customer assistance PA announcement is constantly going off, and not a single person seems interested or capable of helping.

Worst Walgreens I have ever been too. Never staffed, had to wait upwards of 20 minutes at the drive through pharmacy. Schedule a flu shot appointment, waited inside the pharmacy for 15 minutes to even check in without being helped and ended up walking out. Scheduled a pickup order for a certain time, scheduled my entire day around that time, and the order was delayed. Never answer the phones.

Criminally understaffed pharmacy. And those at the register have ZERO knowledge. A usual scene is 8 people in line in store and simultaneously 6 deep at the drive thru. Latest time the line didn't move for 20 minutes. This is garbage...even for Walgreens low, low bar. This is after they cancel my order without notifying me.Don't even bother with their ineptitude with any refill via the app.

I do not recommend doing your passport photo here. I should have known better. 18 pictures later, 6 employees came to watch. Photos could not be sized correctly and the first person had to call a second person because she didn’t know how to do it. Then a third person. At this point I was super nervous it would not be acceptable to use so left. Big waste of time. Very frustrating and uncomfortable experience. Recommended you go elsewhere for a legitimate photo. They also store all the photos which is super sketchy!!!!

I forgot my Rx when traveling home for the holidays, the pharmacy was super helpful expediting a refill and even found me a huge discount/coupon.Store is admittedly in a rough area, but there are good folks who work here!

I was in the baby section looking for formula. I needed an assistant to get them. I went to grab an assistant that was in eye sight instead of pressing the button. When we got to the formula, he yelled at me to press the button next time and showed me the button to press. Excuse me but you were within eyesight. Didn't know it was such a big deal. Then I asked if there was any more. He angrily snap back at me quickly saying that's all they had. He brought the formula to the front without saying anything else. I brought this up to the cashier and she said that was the manager I was dealing with. What a rude encounter I had with the manager.
