I asked a simple question and the woman on the phone working on 6/20 answered me as if I was stupid. Terrible customer service. I’m actually shocked and surprised. May she have a better day….

There is nowhere to securely lock my bike despite ample space for a bike rack. I have spoken to staff about this on multiple occasions.

I will never visit the store again. I give it zero stars. The cashier staff are very ugly, very aggressive. The truth is, it is a place that is not recommended to anyone.
