Don't even bother calling for assistance. Was just on hold for an hour behind 3 other callers and when there were no more, I was placed in another cue to rot for another half hour. This location is bad because of the construction and understaffing. I think it's time to move pharmacies. My heart goes out to the people who have to staff Walgreens' pharmacies...and especially at this location.

This place needs to be shut down. They consistently make me wait DAYS to get my prescriptions, when I arrive they often times make me wait 20+ minutes to get the prescription ready. If it says it’s not ready in the app for days I call and they lie to my face saying it’ll be ready that day when it isn’t. Horrible horrible place to get your meds filled I hope Walgreens goes out of business truly because 90% of their pharmacies are like this.

Had to give a star - would’ve done zero stars if I could have. Absolutely awful customer service in person at the pharmacy, and impossible to get through to the pharmacy over the phone or through the drive thru. Extremely delayed/lost prescriptions of daily meds with no communication. ????????????

Everything is behind glass, even very inexpensive items. I wanted to buy a cheap $10 box of trash bags, I had to ask for an employee, then it was put behind the counter as if they dont even trust the customer to run away with it. Incredibly inconvenient. I can tell it puts a huge strain on the employees time keep up with it all.

The absolute worst place to get scripts filled. Takes hours longer than anywhere else I’ve been. It’s usually screwed up too. Lazy employees that don’t even give the illusion they are trying to hurry.

Pharmacy is fine but Walgreens cashier here stole 50 dollars from us. Purchased a gift card for Mother’s Day. Mother brought it in and didn’t have any money loaded on it. Went back to Walgreens and they refused to help me even though I had my receipt and all. Completely dismissive and rude staff.

I'll preface this review by the fact that I know the staff in the pharmacy are trying; I really know they're understaffed and struggling. And the store is fine on its own, outside the fact they've locked up ~1/3 of merchandise. I also hate to have to do this to a location so close to our house, but I have been left with no choice since Walgreens doesn't give them what they need to .
We live approx. 1.5 blocks from this Walgreens, so I really want to use a neighborhood business. But they make it nearly impossible to trust 1) that they'll even be open, 2) that they'll be able to fill your prescription in a timely manner, and 3) that they are able to help when someone is sick or in need.
They don't have the bandwidth or ability to answer the phone, you have to prod them to fill a prescription in person after they claim they were supposed to have them done, which makes customers get back in line once they're done.
They're now getting to the point where they aren't open the hours they say they're supposed to. As of today (5/9/24), the Google page for this store says the store itself, not the pharmacy, is temporarily closed, along with the store in Hilltop ~3 miles north.
We are unfortunately frequent users of their pharmacy (my wife is essentially homebound due to chronic illness) and the amount of my time they've wasted by not doing their jobs is way more than I have the patience for.
But this level of service is unacceptable for a pharmacy that serves low income neighborhoods and folks dependent on transit, that don't have the ability to go somewhere else.
If you can, go to St. Anthony Walgreens, or Cub, CVS, Target, or somewhere else. This store, until proven otherwise, cannot be trusted to serve the needs of its clients.

From my own experience this pharmacy they prey on people that have mental disorders they record you and record your some of the things you do when you have a mental reaction.

Would not recommend this pharmacy for filling any prescriptions. Their phones do not work, and you will be put on hold for hours without anyone picking up. This has been confirmed by staff that they don’t answer their phones. Additionally, they will not fill prescriptions after being reminded in person. If you want your prescriptions day of, you’ll need to wait half an hour while they fill them. Lines are always very long; expect on average a 20-40 minute wait.

This pharmacy sucks. They are always understaffed and slow. I had to call to follow up about a prescription that I ordered a refill for on their app and just sat on hold for nearly an hour. The pharmacist answered and said they would be right with me (after 50 minutes) and placed me on hold again for another couple minutes, the hold music was playing and then it starts ringing only for the call to hang up when no one answered. I tried calling back and there were two callers ahead of me. This is a ridiculous amount of time to wait on the phone just to follow-up about a prescription I was TOLD TO FOLLOW UP ABOUT. After seeing so many terrible reviews of this pharmacy, it’s obvious I am not the only one with this terrible experience and I plan to take my business elsewhere. Hire more people, it’s not that hard.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Staff in the pharmacy are lazy. They say to come back tomorrow to get medication. As a cancer patient I’m sorry but I can’t wait for mine and I have been for going on four days. If my dr wasn’t on vacation I would have called already. This place is a joke. They never answer their phones and I’ve personally seen them off the hook so they don’t have to answer. I’ve had to drive out there three days in a row just to tell me omit isn’t available smh

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. ITS CONVENIENT LOCATION IS NOT WORTH IT.
I’ve had my prescription delayed weeks due to staffing and whatever other issues this pharmacy has.
The phone system is totally ignored or broken. During that time after waiting on hold behind other people I would eventually get through to a ringing that would eventually hang up on me. This took at least 40 minutes. Also, the phone will tell you “I’m sorry, our staff is answering other calls. Please hold on and we’ll be with you shortly” every 15 seconds. I have lost my mind.

People are nice and helpful. But, Online app doesn't work. I need to go to this location 2,3 or four times just to get prescription. Painful experience everytime!
