Was going to a retail Walgreens pharmacy, and dealing with long lines and waits. Then I got a call from this pharmacy asking if I would be willing to switch to them. They said they'd even mail me the prescriptions. It's worked out really great. The super friendly and helpful staff call me once a month to set up a shipping date, and the prescriptions show up in the mail.

My doctor made a mistake and prescribed me the wrong dose of a vitamin. The red haired pharmacist filled the rx, hardly said a word, and I paid $13 for *one* single pill of riboflavin. The kind thing to do would’ve been to acknowledge the obvious mistake and give me the option to correct it w my dr before filling it.Instead they stayed totally silent and let me pay that much for one vitamin. Disappointed in the poor treatment.

The best experience I have had with a pharmacy in a long time! They went out of their way to help me by calling my insurance company and the co-pay card administrator. It was so helpful and I was finally able to get my prescription after fighting with my insurance company for weeks!

I have been fighting with the pharmacy/my insurance for a week now to get a prescription filled. I’m not sure if the fault lies with insurance or the pharmacy, but the dr said they sent the prior authorization several days ago and the pharmacy said they still hadn’t gotten it and couldn’t fill it. I have been out of medication for a week and I am frustrated, and will hopefully be switching to a different pharmacy.

Been going here for 20 yrs and have had a few major health issues and they have always been there for me. Right now l have a lung infection and they got all med's and delivered them to my door. Yes the pandemic has changed everything but this is the best specialty pharmacy. This is not a Walgreens store it's a specialty pharmacy.

Some sort of change in management or ownership within the last two years or so has led a huge decline in the quality of service provided by Community Pharmacy.I used to reply to Walgreens' texts or use the Walgreens app to request a refill or request that my provider be contacted to write a new prescription. If things were a bit wonky, I'd pick up the phone. Then the pharmacy would fill my order, making every effort to keep my costs down and provide more than one month's supply. After filling, they'd charge my card on file and then they'd drop the meds in the mail to my home address at no cost.Now I usually have to follow up by phone after replying to Walgreens' texts, the pharmacy takes multiple days to fill a Rx or contact my provider, and they're claiming they don't mail generic meds anymore, only specialty meds. There also seems to be no effort to maximize the size of my Rx or keep my costs to a minimum. I now have to do that footwork myself.They still stock hormones and HIV meds that can be difficult to obtain, so they get three stars, but the decline in customer service makes them just another difficult-to-deal-with pharmacy. They've lost the reputation for knowing their customers, meeting their customers where there at, and being part of the community.

I have had a fair amount of struggles with pharmacies in my life due to a trans identity. This is the pharmacy that broke that cycle, they reliably have my mental health AND HRT meds (a rarity in my experience,) as well as a wonderfully kind and helpful staff! (example: I had 2 different refill days for different meds until the pharmacist set up a half-refill to get all meds on the same refill schedule. Then went above to make sure I wouldn't pay extra co-pay for a half refill.)
I fully recommend.

I have had a fair amount of struggles with pharmacies in my life due to a trans identity.
