More often than not they leave you on hold for an hour and then immediately hang up. Or lose your prescription, or lose your info, or claim you never had any to begin with - and should try calling.

What's up with these ppl working there they call and left voice message that my meds was going to be put back but my messages supposed to be all together I waited last week in line 4 20min for them to tell me they going on lunch I came back and got them and 1 was missing and they calling me to come get it I'm gone a week at a time that's I call it in when I'm home to get all of them not some and they have you wait on hold to hang up on you seems like costumer service don't mean sht these days.

They seem to always be short staffed or training new people. LONG wait times. And it is maddening, because it's not like there are 10+ people in line, moving steadily through - it is 3 people who each somehow take 10 minutes to serve! Truly infuriating to sit and watch a pharmacist who clearly has no idea how to work the computer just stare blankly at the screen while typing, SLOWLY, for 8-10 minutes. And then the experienced pharmacist has to help him out, 3 times, and he still can't find the insurance of the person ahead of me. The wait is annoying, but it is the incompetence and the stupidity of the whole situation that makes it so hard to bear.

I came here for some shots and checked in using the QR code at the pharmacy counter. The site told me they would call my name when they were ready, so I sat in the waiting area. After 20 minutes and several other people going before me, the nurse finally bothered to tell me I still had to check in at the counter anyway. So I had to wait another 20 minutes in the super slow pharmacy line, 5 minutes to get checked in, and then another 10 minutes for the nurse to finish with another vaccine appointment. I wasted over an hour here for an appointment that should have taken 10 or 15 minutes.

30 minutes on hold, they tell me my prescription is ready, I drive there, they claim they are under staffed and it's not filled, so it might be ready tomorrow and to call back. 40 minutes on hold only to be told they only have 26 of the 90 pills I need. You have completely wasted my time.

Impossible to get through to a pharmacist or technician! If you call, you have to deal with their stupid automated voice system, which does not get you anywhere !!!

This is the second day I've tried to get my medication. First, I stopped by thinking they were open later, and turns out they now close earlier so I can't go there after work. Then today I tried to go before work, left plenty of time to wait in line, and it wasn't long enough, I had to leave after wasting my time. To start off, the long line didn't move for almost 10 minutes. I noticed they were helping both people for a quick clinic and people who need medication... Why don't they have separate lines for these? And instead of trying to do something about the lines, Walgreens tries to make money off of the problem by selling an "express pickup pass". I need to find a better pharmacy.

I've been going to Walgreens for years and this is by far the worst one. I frequently wait 30-60 min on hold, the staff is short with you, and there is always a line of at least 5 people. I know it's not the staff fault, but management seriously needs to hire more people. However, I'll be switching to Cub Pharmacy because this place is intolerable.

The staff are nice but stressed and likely because of extremely poor management of the pharmacy. Too many times I've waited more than 15 minutes to pick up a prescription and there are plenty of people in the pharmacy but only one runs the registers. It seems like they rely too much on each other to help one customer, slowing down the progress on getting through a simple line of people. They also favor the car pick up over the in-store pick up, so I recommend that option if you have to use this pharmacy. The rest of the store is clean, stocked and the staff are friendly and efficient which raised this score to two stars. The pharmacy needs major attention from management.

Stopped in to get some photos enlarged. On the plus side they were done quickly.Unfortunately, all but one were terrible. They cut off the edges on one photo, 3 photos had streaks down the side. I will never, never returned to that store.

No stars!!! The pharmacy staff are rude and ignorant. They are not helpful. I've had to call several times for a single prescription and absolutely no help. They place you on hold and never get back on the phone. The pharmacist is never available. Very poor customer service over the phone and in person!!
