More often than not they leave you on hold for an hour and then immediately hang up. Or lose your prescription, or lose your info, or claim you never had any to begin with - and should try calling.

30 minutes on hold, they tell me my prescription is ready, I drive there, they claim they are under staffed and it's not filled, so it might be ready tomorrow and to call back. 40 minutes on hold only to be told they only have 26 of the 90 pills I need. You have completely wasted my time.

Impossible to get through to a pharmacist or technician! If you call, you have to deal with their stupid automated voice system, which does not get you anywhere !!!
