Making an appointment for a vaccination…. You should plan to wait for at a good long while. Though I will say the pharmacist was super helpful with making sure I was getting the correct vaccines, turns out I need an updated pneumonia shot.

May god have mercy on your soul if you ever have to call the pharmacy at this location. You’ll be on hold for a minimum of 25 minutes. Im pretty sure I could go to pharmacy school, intern, graduate, get a job and get my own prescriptions faster than this location

Just terrible. Slow, big lines, staff all takes lunch at the same time. No separate line for prescription pick up - must wait in crazy line with a bunch of other sick people twice. Miserable.

I don't normally rate places 1 star, but I took off work to go to a vaccine appointment and I was told that they can't honor it because "they're busy."

These folks handled a very complex prescription for me, and did it in a gracious manner. I really appreciate how respectful and good natured everyone was... Except for one guy. I hope he was just having an off-day, but the man who's name starts with "N..." (Maybe Nate?) was crabby and kinda insulting.
My overall experience with this pharmacy has been terrific, for several years.
I do recommend them.

Quite possibly the worst customer service from the pharmacy than any other US retailer. If you think switching to the Cedar Lake store, not much better. Only 4 trips this time to get my prescription filled.

Currently sitting in my car crying if that says anything. HOW is this bridge troll pharmacist still employed. He is cold, cruel, unwavering. The black woman at the counter was very kind but her hands were tied because of HIM.My husband had emergency dental surgery today and his prescription was mistakenly sent to this location so I drove an hour round trip to pick it up. The cruel man had not filled the order and WOULD not fill the order because of some inability to make a “waiver after 6” and if he “made an exception for me I’d have to do it for everyone.” (They close at 7). Sorry…. what? You have a scrip right there that you’re CHOOSING not to fill even though you’re open? For heavy duty pain meds because someone had to have molars ripped out of his skull??I’m trying so so hard not to swear. I didn’t get his name coz I was so dumbfounded. Heaven help you if this is your pharmacist. Trying to hold onto some compassion coz there’s no way he can be a happy person and behave like this. Or does this bring him joy??Now I get to go home, still crying, and take care of someone who can’t get the pain relief he needs. Fun times ahead!

The pharmacy didn’t have the medication to fill my prescription, but Nanette spent the time to look up other Walgreens that have it in stock. She was very helpful!

I just called to ask the pharmacist one question and they put me on hold for a good 25 minutes saying there was only one caller ahead of me?? Whatever!! Walgreens is a joke

I had a wonderful recent experience! I called the pharmacy and they were super nice and responsive for my first prescription pick up. Anyone that is starting to use this pharmacy, please don’t be dismayed by the cynical reviews. It’s also in a convenient location since it’s right next to Allina Health.

My prescription was sent here by mistake, not sure what happened but I probably won’t be back. The location is dimly lit and kinda barren.
