Although staff was very friendly the service I felt was very slow. Took forever to get 2 small prescriptions at a time where I was fighting RSV and pneumonia while waiting for an hour or so when I should have been home resting. Also was told the prescription for the inhaler was out of stock and wouldn't have it until the next day. I went home exhausted fell asleep and an hour later I get a series of messages from them with a recording telling me my inhaler was there. I had to get out of bed and go back to get it while super sick. This altogether negatively added to a difficult situation.

walgreens sucks. i went to the trouble to order 4 vitamin items on line. at checkout there was a 'problem'. the problem was with walgreens. so i called the number to talk with someone. she offered to help me place the order. i had to read to her each item ordered. after 10 minutes she transferred me to the bill pay link. i entered my info and the bot said i would be connected back to the team member. after waiting 2 minutes, the call disconnected. i had no idea if the order went thru or not. the last time i ordered online there was also a problem and i had to straighten it out in the store. this chain of stores is not worth my time or yours

First time coming here, wanted to grab a few things while I was in the area exploring Minneapolis. It's a smaller, well stocked store. What I enjoyed about my visit is the staff, they're absolutely the best and we're helpful with updating my membership information. Overall, I may not come to this location much but I'll come here again

It usually a positive thing when stores follow the same model from location to location. Walgreens is no different. While staying in Minneapolis, I stopped into a close-by Walgreens to get a few items. I have alway seen locations in downtowns and this one was right around the corner from where I was staying.I am always pleased when I am properly greeted when I walk through the door. I am especially happy when a clerk or cashier look up from what they are doing to acknowledge a customer walking through the door. This store, like other Walgreens is big and bright with clean isles to navigate through. This incredibly delightful staff was over the top in greetings. Happy to see a customer. Happy to help a customer. Happy to speak with a customer.I needed a few items ranging from water to shaving cream. They had plenty of items to choose from and I pleased that their house brand is a substantially reduced price and the same item.Check out went very quickly and I received the same cordial greeting as I left as when I came in. The team member behind the counter just personified the model employee of engagement, spreading happiness and loving to be able to help.Kudos to a wonderful team here at Walgreens.

3 and a half stars I actually want to give. This Walgreens is such a great asset to downtown and to the people who work/live down here. I don't even have to go outside when it's cold out during the week because it's in the skyway! What I don't like is being accused of getting a product that was locked up by the employees here and getting it unlocked bring it to the register to find out it was in the wrong spot. The person who checked me out initially was great! The other cashier was awesome. She went to look and told the manager where it was. I was then told by the manager that this was in the wrong spot. Ok I was ok with that and really didn't want it after I saw the real price. What got me is that I was ok to pass on the items since it was in the wrong spot, it was that the manager made me feel as if I put it there! It's locked for a reason due to high theft so the only person who would have put it in the wrong spot would be an employee since it had to be locked up. I don't like being accused by managers at any chain especially a locked up item in the wrong spot. I said the only person who could put it there would be an employee. Yes I know customers put stuff back in wrong spots and I don't expect them to give me that price or any other item in the wrong spot. So look at your cameras and see that I did in fact push the call button twice to get it unlocked and the lady came unlocked it I went to the counter and checked out. I'm not at fault it was placed under lock and key in the wrong spot by someone who worked there. Maybe I'll revisit this review in the future but as of now it's getting 3.5 stars.

I visit this location the most, because it is convenient when I'm working. The staff here are friendly and it's pretty easy to navigate the store. The personal care items and most of the groceries are on the second floor. You can take the escalator or elevator to reach this area.I've had much-better experiences going into the store. I've tried placing a pick-up order here and it was canceled quickly. I still do not know why. Also, the hours are not correct when they are closed. I traveled downtown to get some things and they were closed. Delivery orders are easier to navigate.

This pharmacy is the worst. They have one person working the counter, no matter how busy and long the line is. The rest will try their hardest not to "see" how busy it is and continue to do anything else they can to avoid counter work. There is NO point of express checkout, as they refuse to have the dedicated line for it! E-X-P-R-E-S-S, learn the definition.... The person working is usually nice, but tired from being left alone up front.

The people that work here are extremely rude & yell at the customers. They close the store 4-5 min before scheduled time. Laura & Brian are very dis respectful and they will scream at you for no reason. Its embarrassing going to this location. Sad its the closest place to my home. Avoid these employees at all cost its a circus in here!! The employees deserve every rude customer they get trust me the employees are very very rude and hateful people!! Avoid this place & go to target!

Never order prescriptions online! They are supposed to come within 10 days but I have been waiting 3 months. I tried numerous ways to communicate with Walgreens and every time they refuse to give me a straight answer or any answer at all. They want to solve the problem bureaucratically first before sending me the prescription. I ordered something that is completely benign and it is something no one else would want, and I am a normal, solvent person who pays my bills. But they continue to treat me like a criminal. Finally the problem went to management and they said they would solve the issue in 2 days, but after a week, it still isn't solved and they still refuse to contact me, or send me the order, or tell me the reason why. This company is terrible,
