This one of the cleanest, biggest, well organized Walgreens I've ever been to. Easy parking close to downtown minneapolis!

They need to fire the whole Pharmacy team. They lazy and will lie to your face. Even after showing them I had a confirmation text from the Walgreens system saying my prescription was ready. They decided to lie and say it was at another location. When I went into my MyChart it showed it was sent to the Broadway location originally. Some training and customer service skills if definitely need at this location. Taking my family business else where. Wish I could give them a negative 8 stars.

Oublic Service: if you need to have PCR test, avoid Walgreens. It has been more than 48 hours and I do not have my results with me. It is all because of walgreen did not ship the samples on time.

Told us twice that our prescriptions were ready only to show up and have them not be. This happens 80% of the time we try to fill prescriptions here; if not, it's some other problem. The hold time is always atrocious if you have an issue or need to check on your prescription. I recommend Capsule pharmacy over this place any day.

The pharmacy staff are super respectable and take pride in serving their customers kindly and with compassion. The photo department experience I had was on point. I ordered photos online to be developed and later picked up, I got great prices on the prints and was all done in a very timely fashion. The cashier's that work up front are very hard workers and have always maintained their composure while working under pressure and high customer demand all while wearing a ?

I got my vaccine here and it was very filthy. I walked into the room where the pharmacist was and it was covered in dirty gloves and cotton balls all over the floor because their trash can was beyond full. The pharmacist put on gloves and shoved in trash into the trash can before he grabbed my vaccine. I asked him to switch gloves and he gave me a little attitude before switching into new gloves. I would never purchase anything here, let alone walk-in, even if I desperately needed a piece of tissue because I got p*** on my face and I didn't have anything to clean myself with. Don't go here unless they fix it up. The worst!

Got a COVID vaccine here, and let me tell you what happened. I walk in and was helped right away. Very clear instructions, smooth process. Friendly and competent staff. As I’m waiting the 15 minutes you’re supposed to wait post shot, an older gentlemen started kind of sliding sideways off his chair. Still conscious and everything, but sliding. I looked around and didn’t see the person who came with him, so I asked if I could touch his shoulder to help him sit up. I did so, but he started sliding again. Immediately the young pharm tech came out and started talking with the guy and gently helped him to stay upright. The other staff and another shopper started looking for the lady he came in with. When the lady returned, everybody calmly went back to what they were doing. I really hope that management at this site realize how great Danny the pharm tech, the skillful staff member who administered my shot, and the friendly lady at the cash register are. Shoutout to these kind folks who treat people with dignity and compassion despite a challenging and likely thankless job in these tough times.

I wouldn't recommend having your prescription(s) be filled there, they do take a very long time to be ready to pick up, however I can see that the pharmacy people are very hard working and I can see that it is very busy. I feel bad for the pharmacy people because they are truly kind people. Don't bother calling because you won't get to talk to the pharmacy people. The other workers that aren't in pharmacy needs to improve because the customer service is very poor. I'm only giving two stars because the pharmacy people were very nice to me. The store is nice and clean.

I'd like to take a moment to thank Asha for her help. I've been running around looking for hair clippers and every store I stopped at I recieved terrible customer service. When I asked Asha and told her that I had been searching high and low for clippers she went to the back and found me 2 awesome kits and explained both of them and their features. I ended up buying the more expensive one thanks to her signing me up for your rewards program. She is a delight to talk to and has the best customer service in that whole area.

racist pharmacists I can’t wait to change to another pharmacy. Never seen racist pharmacists and the wait OMG they say your meds is ready when you get there you have to be on the drive through for like 40 minutes and they will tell is not ready yet they need 15-30 minutes and you can’t wait on the drive through because of the racist pharmacists you go inside another 30 minutes.

This store is the worst. They’re always strangely out of stock in some key categories. The Pharmacy is also terrible. Takes a long time. And the white lady with the raspy voice back there is the worst employee ever. You’d think a store would have nice people working the pharmacy because they deal with sick people. Honestly if this store can’t get it together, they should just close down.

Pharmacy is the worst experience I’ve ever had. Unprofessional staff, did not come to the drive-thru though they passed the window on multiple occasions. After waiting for twenty minutes I walked inside to no line and still waited another fifty minutes, no joke. They had 4 employees working in the pharmacy and 1 pharmacist. Overall spent over an hour in the store for a medication that was filled four days prior.

Do you like never having your prescription ready even when the automated message calls you? Do you like waiting in line for 20 minutes to pick up your scripts then being told that it will be ready in another 20 minutes only to find out one hour later it’s still not ready? Do you like people never answering the phone in less than 10 minutes? Do you like being overcharged for your prescriptions and having your insurance company be the one who tells you about it? Do you like being charged for 90 days worth of a medication and only receiving 30 days of meds? If so, this wallgreens is for you.
