The staff is really kind, but/and the wait times are super long, and prescriptions are not ready when the phone system says they are. You basically always have to call ahead of time. Here is a screenshot of how long I have been waiting with “one caller ahead of me.”

DO NOT GO HERE! This location is poorly run. It is common to stand in line for 20+ minutes. For some reason almost every transaction is some complicated scenario that takes at least 5 minutes. Why can't people just show up, pay for their pills and be done? One of the problems is that they never answer their phone so people trying to call and ask questions have to physically come in to ask questions and typically the prescription is not ready so they have to come back. I am actually in line here now (been here 20 mins so far, 3 people in front of me). The phone has run at least 10 or more times and noone has answered it. I have had other problems here as well including prescriptions taking days to show up in their system after getting sent to them. I am transferring all my prescriptions out of here! There are 15 people in line behind me!

Worst Walgreens I've dealt with. Long holds if you try and call, and long lines if you come in to pick up. And now, today, their pharmacy is inexplicably closed. This store is a joke

This place is a disaster. You are guaranteed that each transaction in front of you will take 20 minutes for reasons nobody can comprehend (presumably there's some third thing between "pick up" and "drop off" I'm not aware of). If online it says your prescription will be ready, it will actually not be ready three days later. Drive to a different location.

Terrible. I moved my prescription here because it’s 3 blocks from my house. It wasn’t ready on time then when it was ready i sat in line for an hour. Either bad luck on timing or If it is stays like that they need to hire more people.

Send your prescriptions literally anywhere else. Expect long lines and understaffing. I've never waited for less than 45 minutes. Even when text or online status says your prescriptions are ready for pick up, be ready to wait for it to be filled when you arrive in person.

Worst pharmacy chain around. The location on Brooklyn Blvd is a detriment, not an advantage, to its pharmacy customers

Absolutely the worst pharmacy and the worst store! I wish I could give a zero star.
There is no one at the pharmacy desk to give the prescription which made a long long line. Terrible experience and would never come around.

Zero Stars: a mix of rude staff and unwillingness to help which is a pretty bad combo for a pharmacist.
They have reached a new height of terrible today for an inexplicable reason (the staff couldn’t come up with an answer) they all, 5 of them, are required to take their break from 1:30-2. Maybe just maybe stagger your break times? One or two at a time should go on break and keep the process going not their decision apparently. Walgreens what’s the thinking behind that?!

It is a bad pharmacy and its employees do not have good customer service and are always angry and when I go there I wait a long time to take my medications.

Last two appointments I’ve had there for shots/tests were canceled at the counter with no heads up. For not having a specific line for appointments, super rude and wouldn’t recommend going if you have any other choice.

STILL so terrible. Went in to pick up 3 prescriptions. 1 had been called in by my doc 3 days previous, 2 I had refilled online 3 days previous. After waiting in line behind 7 people, I was told none of them were ready. When I *dared* to ask why, I was told that if i waited 20-30 minutes, they would do them. When I then asked how many times I have to ask for my prescriptions to be filled before it gets done, EVERY PERSON in the pharmacy (including the pharmacist on duty) got mad and said (i’m quoting) “we have like 800 prescriptions waiting by to be filled”, “we’re short staffed”, “you come here all the time, you know it’s like this, why are you taking your anger out on us?”, “You’re WELCOME to take your prescriptions elsewhere.”As someone who has worked retail, I cannot even express how unbelievable it was that employees would speak to a customer like that. So not only does this pharmacy location fail at its ONLY JOB, to fill prescriptions, but additionally the people working there fail at the most BASIC customer service skills. This location should just be closed.
