To Visual Comfort & Co. I am very disappointed in your lack of accountability to your pricing structure and customer service. We were excited to find some light fixtures and were referred to Visual Comfort. We met with the sales rep and we chose a dining room light and three other lights for the kitchen.After deciding on the lights and post purchase, we noticed a few days later that the lights were a different price online and there was a returned light of the same kind for over $1.3K less than our light.We called about ordering the $1.3K less light and were told that not only could we not exchange for the light that we couldn’t return ours because it was “custom.” We even offered to buy the custom pole that was cut and exchange.We understand process and protocol in a corporate setting, however, when a light is $1.3K less and a customer is offering to pay for the difference of the custom pole, you would think the company would find a way to make this work.Unfortunately, you didn’t try to make this work, you just gave us the “company prepared statement.” Well, here is our customer prepared statement, “we won’t be referring you and we will not shop at your store in the future.”Signed,Lost customer for life

Tori is exceptional, in presence and knowledge. Pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable. I was visiting from NYC, and even here on the east coast, should I need lighting purchases, or advice I will call Tori. Great store, superb service.
