I've taken my cat here for three annual exams/vaccines, and once for an emergency lab. Every time I've been there, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The prices feel fair to me (the annual exam for one cat including a 1 year rabies shot is ~$130 bucks, though your price may be different, I don't know how that stuff works). The vets and techs are really great. Side note, if you have a cat that gets stressed out at the vet, ask your provider if you can pick up a gabapentin for them the day before the appointment; that helped my cat feel calm and comfortable, and I didn't know that was an option until I talked to the vet at Vet Partners :)

I have been a loyal customer of Vet Partners Minneapolis for many years, entrusting them with the care of my two dogs and spending thousands of dollars on their services. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and heartbroken.
When my dog was in severe pain and nearing the end of his life, I reached out to Vet Partners Minneapolis for urgent assistance and a consultation with the veterinarian. Despite the gravity of the situation, I did not receive the compassion or empathy I expected. Instead of having the veterinarian call me to discuss options, I was referred to urgent care by the receptionist.
This lack of direct communication and support during such a critical time is unacceptable. It is a terrible way to run a business that is supposed to care for our beloved pets.
I urge others to consider finding a different veterinarian, as Vet Partners Minneapolis failed to provide the care and compassion I needed when it mattered most.

Did a great job extracting teeth from my old Maltese, he's had some done before and the recovery was really hard, however this time at Vet Partners they did such a great job the next day he was back to himself.

Brought my 8 year old Chihuahua and I’m very happy with the service! Place was very neat and easy to access. Definitely recommend.

Professional staff, clinic & rooms always look clean. Our Veterinarian is awesome and I think my cats actually enjoy going. When we're in the car on our way to Vet Partners they don't meow or cry. They know they're going to see their friends at VP!

If you have a temperamental cat who hates going to the vet above all else, this is the place for you. Dr. Blohm and Dr. Lloyd are the only two vets my cat tolerates. They make the visit less stressful for both of us.

We unfortunately needed to put down our cat for medical reasons, & the process was handled by the staff at Vet Partners compassionately, professionally, informatively, gracefully... They made an unpleasant moment go as smoothly as possible. We're grateful for the services they provided to our family.

The staff are friendly and professional. The doctors always take time to explain their decisions/diagnosis - they really care. I've been taking my dog there the past two years and have always had a great experience.

Just transferred my two cats here as we adopted a new rescue pup. Old vet was just too far out of the city and was becoming more difficult to get timely appointments. So far we’ve had our puppy in with both Dr. Covi and Dr. Lloyd for a routine exam, vaccines and a separate hernia check. Older kitty was also seen by Dr. Lloyd for an ear injury and basic geriatric feline needs. They were accommodating in allowing us to bring both pets in at the same time when more urgent care was needed. Both experiences were very pleasant and both vets took time to answer all of our questions in detail.
They were clear about pricing and didn’t try to upsell us on unnecessary procedures treatments, but were honest about possibilities. The staff and vet techs we’ve connected with thus far have been knowledgeable, patient and affectionate with our fur babies. The environment is clean, calm and professional.
The PetDesk phone app is handy for making requests and updating records as well. Grateful to have found a trustworthy, downtown vet hospital, five minutes from home! Final puppy series vax is coming up and then it’s on to getting kitty #2 updated. Looking forward to more positive experiences here!
Edit 2.3.22- had a post emergency eye check, follow up vaccines and heartworm for puppers and geriatric blood work done on female kitty to ensure her meds won’t interact harshly with her low grade kidney failure. Everything went well and we are extremely confident that the veterinary care at VetPartners is going to be a part of our family’s healthcare for as long as we are in Mpls.

I've had nothing but good experiences here. I got a new rescue dog a couple of months ago and have unfortunately needed multiple checkups and vet visits already. Dr. Blohm and the vet techs are really great with my anxious and reactive dog. Sometimes the appointments run late, which can be tough for us since our dog has trouble seeing other dogs when waiting in the lobby, but I appreciate that they take their time with their patients and answer all questions (which is likely why they may run a bit behind). They are also very responsive to email and phone calls, and I've been able to get a last minute sick appointment with no issues. I also really appreciate that they support behavioral medication, as I've heard some vets don't like to prescribe it, but it can be such an important part of the care plan for anxious rescues.
