Austin was quick and showing me exactly what I had to do to correct the problems I was having. (5months later) Austin is still here and fixing my problems! (2 years and Austin is still the best!)

I was dreading replacing my phone after mediocre experiences at other Verizon locations, but Austin was fantastic! Took the time to explain options, answered all my questions, took care of everything efficiently and courteously. Feel like I found a hidden gem!
