Had a package delivered to this specific post office. Got to the store about 10 minutes before close (a little close, but there wasn't a line) and just needed it to be brought to me as I had confirmation it was intercepted and was at the location. The guy asked me the zipcode and I said it and he said that the golden valley location delivers to my address which it true, but that's not what I said. I assume he just wanted to close the office without grabbing my stuff. I'm sure working at usps must suck, but why spread the hate to everyone else? Get a different job if you hate it so much

I would want to give "0" star if it was available. The service in this location is horrible. Personals are rude. My recent experience with one clerk who typed in a wrong zip code to start with without giving a opportunity to verify my shipping address, then my package was sent to somewhere else. When i dropped by and seeked for help after tracking, another clerk tried to disguise her mistake by making up a lie. He looked at the destination zip code 70813 (LA) on his computer and lied to me by saying that his computer was showing Georgia (30813) instead. One number of the total five was typed wrong... He then concluded impatiently :"there is nothing wrong just go home and wait". I would want to ASK him: do you believe what you said? will you expect the same treatment when he or she get in trouble and seek for help from somebody else? They probably expect to be treated with 5 star service while treating others with 1 star by themself.

Would leave no stars if possible. The lady working tonight was telling us she “needed to cut the line off and close” 25 minutes before the close time? Continuing on with how much work she needed to do, making all in line feel as uncomfortable as possible. She was basically berating all of us even though we had been there before close. I’ve truly never experience such awful customer experience any place in my life as a customer.

If there were negative stars, I would leave them -2. The most rude person I have ever dealt with works here. The post office is already a terrible place, don't make it worst with bad behavior to customers.

I’ve never had a problem coming in and picking my packages up early I do it almost every time I get a package for whatever reason this time they would not let me pick up my package early. Yes it hadn’t been sorted through through yet but I’ve also come to pick up packages before that said they had gotten there not even a hour ago and I was able to pick them upEDIT They sent my package to Annandale how are you guys going to sort my package wrong and tell me it’ll be sent out tomorrow that is ridiculous

Staff member was creepy, slow, and kept talking about how he had to make sure I wasn't mailing a bomb that would blow up an airplane. Very rude service and seemed very unorganized...I've been coming to this post office for 10 years and have never seen any of these employees before or been treated like that.

Here’s an unbelievable story. I joined a line of 5-6 people waiting in line. They were waiting 25 min for the attendant to come back from break! Myself too! The sign said they closes at 4pm, well the line of people including myself were in line before 4. The attendant came out past 4 and reluctantly processed mail and packages for the line goers. Mail and packages were left out in the open piling up. By far one of the weirdest experiences ever. 1 stars for the fun company from the people in line, everyone had a sense of humor.

Save yourself sometime and drive somewhere else horrible service i wish i could say by an employee but nope its the supervisor who needs a lot more customer skills. She refused service to send an international box cause she had no other employees i went to Long lake same issue but yet my box was sent and paid for within 5 minutes. Plymouth post office not customer friendly

You would think this post office belonged to a 3rd world country. 20 people in line (going out the door) and ONE person working at the counter. Meanwhile I counted 4 people in the back walking around and pretending to be busy.
