I love DJ and George! I am here dropping off packages for my small business daily. They are the best and they truly work so hard!! One time I forgot to put a label on my package and it miraculously showed back up at my house. These guys care❤️they deserve raises and more help!!

I just moved into the area and forwarded my sister her ZARA orders to Georgia and it was stolen. My sister had to report the missing items and this will be my last time using this location. I hope it was one off but IDK feels unsafe using this location. Thought I put this her to save others the inconvenience at best and headache at worse if it was something near and dear to your heart.

Suddenly no mail delivery for 2 weeks and no one answers the phone after 40 rings and several attempts to call. I've spent 3 days of 12 hours calling USPS Customer Service and the Hennepin County District office trying to get my mail with only finding confusion in their database records of incorrect information, agents hanging up after 2 hours contacting by phone. After calling USPS Customer Care several times, each time the notes and details are incorrect based on calls and cases before.Now it's escalated to USPS District who also doesn't answer the phone, ever, and doesn't get anything resolved.MY SUGGESTION, DON'T USE USPS IN EVERYWAY POSSUBLE. THEY OBVIOUSLY DON'T CARE AND HAVE NO ANSWERS FOR ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR DELIVERIES. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

We can only hope for privatization of the postal service. This post office plays second fiddle only to the DMV in lack of efficiency and friendliness.
