I set up an account with USPS and tried out the Click-N-Ship feature. I had my label ready and the gal at the front desk said, “ I don’t know anything about that, computers or the internet”. She was curmudgeonly and was giving Roz vibes. She didn’t want to help me ship my package, and it was really annoying.

Central location and sometimes complicated.
??Closing so late is the option I have left and around 6pm there are almost no people! So at those times it is very practical and fast.
??My problem was the parking in front, the parking meter does not work ?, the other option is to pay via app; or use the free parking for postal users, which is in front of the entrance to the building ??.
??A serious problem is that there are no bathrooms for post office users??, you have to go somewhere outside and independently nearby or ask some of the employees (not the counter ones) to allow you access and maybe they will .

No one answers the phone here and their mailbox is full, so it’s impossible to contact them.
ETA: if you tell the phone tree that you need a P.O. Box, someone will actually answer the phone

This place takes brain dead idiots to a new level. I do not recommend this location. I wasted 5 minutes arguing with the person at the counter about the address and packing. Taking my business to UPS, there's nothing special about shipping a lithium battery other than it needs marking and has to be ground shipping.

Always a line, understaffed. That part is not their fault. Just wish the front desk people weren’t so rude (almost every visit in the last three years ) . If the prepaid bins are full, people then have to stand in line to ship their package. That’s the only choice they have, so why are you mad ? I just ask for a receipt , say please and thank you and am polite so why am I snapped at ? Two ladies in particular seem to want to get in an argument with every customer. I worked with people through Covid too, we’re all burnt out. Doesn’t help treating people like that. One extra star for the fellow that tried to alleviate the line.

Great post office! I absolutely love the art deco design! There was a long line when I got there but it moved rather quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly. Over the experience was great. I would recommend going there!

To keep it short, customer service at this location is garbage. I went to the post office here to pick up some packeges, but they didnt have them yet. The lady behind the counter was very condecending and straight up told me to come at a date the office was closed! Dont come to this location unless you absolutely have to.

Self service kiosk is the best and open late!
