Just another week of not getting mail until Thursday. This is for a business that deals with a lot of $$$ every day. Would be EXTREMELY helpful to receive our mail in an appropriate amount of time. Not once a week.

Horrible service! Haven't gotten my mails in almost a week and they try to lie that they delivered but when I went in to the postal office they were able to find some of my mail in the back and some are missing. So sick of this postal service. Looking to move out of the area soon so I dont have to deal with them anymore.

There's a sign at the front door that says they don't sell stamps and aren't a retail location. Pretty d*** to go to a post office and not be able to buy stamps, not even from a vending machine.

I've only had the occasion to visit a couple of times. The annex is a special place. While they can't do a lot of what your regular post office can (don't come looking for stamps or to ship a package), they CAN handle a lot of the things that your local post office may not be able to. For me, this meant getting some mail that hadn't yet been delivered. For another customer, it meant picking up a package that had been sent without a suite number. While it's a good-sized facility with ample parking (conveniently located within walking distance of my workplace), working directly with customers is only a small part of what they do. If nobody is at the desk when you come in, ring the doorbell on the wall opposite the door. You may need to wait a few minutes, as they've got a whole lot going in, but they are very helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks, USPS!

The worst service I have experienced. Waited in the lobby area for 10 minutes- rang the bell 2 times for service, had to call out “hello” for someone’s attention, then someone answered and said ring the bell. Like I didn’t already do that twice. This is while hearing people laughing and joking in the background. I rang again, took another 8 minutes for someone to walk over- just for the person to have a mouth full of food. I asked for my companies mail and she refused to give it to me without a work ID- even though she has given my boss mail everytime he’s gone in there without ID. Then when I argued she basically said not to argue with the rules that she put in place. I am livid. Do not go here.

They’ve been saying the can’t deliver my medication because there is no access. Do they expect a red carpet? My driveway has been plowed, the streets are plowed and they had no issues the past week. I have no more pills after today. Will I have to go to the hospital or will you guys do your job?
