As a local business owner, I rely heavily on this neighborhood bank branch. The staff know my name and always have some friendly conversation. It feels safe with unobtrusive security staff always there. The bank also supports local charities that I am a part of.

Staffs are all well train, everyone is very calm and friendly. It doesn't matter how young ir old the co-workers are, everyone is very kind.

WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE! Banked with USBank for about 15 years, never had an issue until now. Tried to send an international wire, something that should not take hour and a half! I had everything written down and prepared, should had not taken more than 20 minutes. Hour and a half later, nothing. I was not able to wait any longer. Not at any moment Nick told me what the problem was until I asked, they couldn't find the swift number of the bank I was sending to. It took my 3 minutes to find it online! It seems that they had never done this before. He kept chatting with the manager online instead of asking to come and help. I left the bank with out sending the money I needed to send my brother , very disappointed with the knowledge of the staff and how uncommunicative they were with the issue they were having. If I didn't ask how much longer it was going to take them to be done I would have being there for at least 30 minutes more. There was no show of awareness of the importance of people's time what so ever. I wasn't expecting a wire transfer could take 2 hours! Frustration doesnt explain what I felt!

Ronnita hunt as well as Nick Heffron possibly gave me the worst and rudest experience I've had with US Bank. This experience was not because of what is was or not able to do but because of the lack of respect for myself as well as other customers in line. The teller (Ronnita) walked off while I was talking as well as took my id. The teller also rolled her eyes and spoke to me in a very rude tone and the banker basically backed her up. I realize this location is in a low income neighborhood and bot my usual branch but it's nice to know how I'll be treated as a customer if anything was to ever go wrong. Researching a switch now!

I will never go to this bank again they waited until i got done putting all my change in the change machine then they said if you dont bank with us you can not use the machine and if you go to the teller they will give you your change back then my baby ran to the kids play table and i was told they can not play there if i dont bank with us bank then when my kids got to loud the security had me leave i wasnt able to even meet with a teller to get my money so never go there.
