opened a business account from US bank because of a promo they sent with deposit requirements. I was sent the confirmation for approval of my new account and then once the promo had expired (2 days later), I was sent another email that said there were "inconsistencies" and my account was not opened. This type of behavior is a red flag. Sending out promos to get more traffic and personal information and then backing out of your promise afterwards is exactly what you DO NOT WANT TO SEE FROM YOUR BANK. I would never take a risk with banking with US bank again.

I went to try to open a new business checking account but all of the bankers sitting around at your Nokomis location were too "short staffed" to help me. I had even tried to call to schedule an appointment and I was left on hold for over 10 minutes so I drove to the location. Guess I will be taking all my business elsewhere and closing down my personal accounts. I would have thought a 14 year customer would be treated better but I guess not.

These people lie to your face. I came at 4:59 to do business. Yes I only had 1 minute but I had a deadline to send a wire transfer to my title company Becuase I'm buying a house. The banker flat out was old Me he couldn't help me today. I asked for him to send the wire tomorrow (since I too know the business day is over) b cause I could not physically be in the bank tomorrow (traveling out to state where there are no US bank branches). He told me I had to be present to send the wire. Such a a LIE. All he had to do was set up the wire transfer and it goes on its own next business day (as I've done before in other branches). Anyway either this banker is incompetent, lazy, or flat out lied. Maybe he is just a low teller. But bottom line, I have NEVER received good service at this branch. Go elsewhere. People who work here have been largely incompetent, unpleasant or both.

The most dysfunctional bank I've ever been to. Teller was rude and unhelpful. This visit took a lot longer than I expected because I don't think the teller even know what she was doing and couldn't bother to get me someone to help. I will not be returning to this location.
