My Lexus was draining the battery every few days, and I had no idea what was causing it. They were able to quickly narrow down the issue to the heating element of my driver’s side mirror. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and for a fair price. It’s only my first experience but their expertise, fair pricing, and Dana’s excellent communication will likely make them my new go-to auto shop!

So efficient! They scheduled me within a 24 hours of my initial phone call (many garages I called had a 1-2 week window before they could see me) After drop-off the next morning, I was called within an hour with a full explanation of my car's issues and how much it would cost to fix them. Then they fixed it and had it ready for me by mid-afternoon. Completely straightforward and my Audi's driving like a dream.

I trust Dana and John with taking care of my Mercedes. They are very trustworthy and get what needs to be done, done. Brought my car in at a different auto shop for convenience to switch out my tires, somehow they recommended I get my drive belt replaced as well? So I took my car to Uptown imports because foreign cars are their specialty, and they told me my drive belt didn’t even need to be replaced! I trust them with what my car needs and that they are open and honest with their services.

Friendly staff, good service, not pushy, rewards program is a nice perk. They've done solid work on my Mercedes and Audi. I like the reports they provide in their multi point inspections. Overall would recommend.

This place was amazing with customer service unlike any other shop I've been to. I discovered my car had a broken rear spring and when I called, they fit me in within a few days and made the repair so quickly I didn't even need a loaner car. Since I knew what repair was needed, they gave me a rough (and extremely reasonable) estimate over the phone when I called, unlike the other shops I reached out to. I talked to both John and Dana several times throughout the process and they were great and easy to work with. I was just raving about my experience again today and a friend assumed I'd been taking my car here for years, but this was the first time. Definitely recommending their shop to everyone I know!

First time customer after 25 years of Stockholm Syndrome at the BMW dealership. My 5-series had the dread N20 timing chain problem. It was fixed promptly and perfectly. From the owner John, I learned "Things Man Was Not Meant to Know" about my car and how to take proper care of it. A great experience. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience over the phone. I called to ask about their hourly rate and how much a diagnostic would cost. I was told they do not have any rates for both. This leads me to believe they just make up numbers off the top of their head and base their price off of the type of car brought in. The staff who answered was rude, agitated with basic general questions, and unhelpful. In the 30 years that I’ve been going to mechanic shops, mechanics have an hourly or a flat rate, so this is extremely suspect. So glad I dodged this bullet!
