  I was helped by Amir and Bisham, both of whom went above and beyond to assist me. They were incredibly patient and helpful even when I had to email the labels a few times to get them to go through properly. They both made my day!!!

  I had an excellent experience today at this UPS store from employee Amir when I had not completed the necessary information to send a return item.
