Went to this store today to ship a Vereran’s television (50 inches) back to the store where it was purchased due to damages. Firstly, I left the television and the box in the car and went inside the store to seek information on how to ship it. The “man” who claims to be the owner/store manager was more concerned with me having a box than the fact of how I was going to get the item inside of the store. Many can state that “that isn’t his nor any other employees job to help the customer with carrying or loading their items”. By me being a woman and the fact that I was doing this service for a Veteran should have been more than enough for him to at least offer. No offer was made during my whole interaction with this individual. Moreover, I told him that I had the box that the item was shipped in and nothing else was said. Nothing about the condition of the box or the size of the box. Again, nothing else was said. Secondly, I had to make two trips to carry the television and the box into the store. During the second trip while I just carried the box in, this individual told me that I could not ship the television in the box I was carrying. Didn’t explain to me why just told me that I couldn’t. Then had the audacity to ask me why was I upset! I didn’t disrespect this individual in no type of way because that would’ve gotten me anywhere. The tone in my voice had slightly risen due to the fact that I had just carried these two items by myself to the second floor to this business. Lastly, when I was carrying the items back to the car he tried to show me a piece of paper and state “I am trying to help”. I politely told him that I am good while carrying the last item out of the store. If this “man” is the owner/store manager he needs to take a couple of courses/trainings on customer service because clearly he demonstrated he does not have respect nor any empathy for people, such as women. If this were a man or if I was with a male figure, I believe I would have had a better outcome. I will NEVER return to this store and will recommend a different store when others ask!

I was so disappointed with ups. After many issues and many calls instead of getting the package delivered, getting a call, or getting a delivery attempt slip, it’s being sent back to sender. Even after I was told they would fix it and call back in an hour. The change to return to sender happened after I was told I’d get a call back and never did

I always go to the City Center store even though it's a little out of my way. The manager is awesome and all the employees are so helpful and cheerful. Definitely a bright spot in downtown Minneapolis!

First off workers make they own job hard if a customer come in and not confrontational it is no need for you to have an attitude I just did a return for some items I always do a return the same way maybe the policy changed maybe shien didn't give clear directions on original package maybe I'm just tired as heck from working so much anyways I went to this location downtown (IDS Center) as I always have I tell the lady I'm doing a return she ask what am I returning I say she says let me see I pull the bags out of a bag to show her she says ok well that needs to be in a box we can't ship it like that with an attitude I say oh I always do it like this you can clearly see the confusion on me face she says well you can talk to my manager with an attitude still and walks away so I'm standing at the counter still confused her manager comes out she didn't say anything then taps him and says she need you he lets me know the same thing she said I didn't say anything at all she on the side with a customer still listening in and being confrontational says (huff) exactly like I didn't see the point in the attitude I genuinely was confused and fyi I have never seen her until today I have seen the manager before but he never was the person that helped when I came in she was African American has glasses and a ponytail to the back

Listen, my views on UPS changed today thanks to Ru. I needed to ship a huge guitar (an explorer), and she did everything she could do to help me. She checked prices, boxes, advised me, and even helped me with printing the label I mailed her because I did not have a printer. She also helped with the packaging, as I decided I would just purchase a box and pack it myself. She provided advice on how to cushion it and told me a clever way to tight everything.I strongly believe Ru walked the extra mile and I can’t thank her enough. I hope UPS knows the value of this employee and treats her as she deserves. Employees like these are the ones that keep us costumers loyal to a business, as I know I will go back to this store for all my shipping needs.Ru, if you ever read this: Thank you very much. You are doing a great job and I wish nothing but the best to you.

Two canceled Lyft rides, my purse left in the third. Ru was gracious enough to stay open past closing so I could retrieve my package. A true nod to great customer service!

USELESS PACKAGE SERVICES UPS is easily the worst package delivery service out there. I’m talked to a manager at this store. I was told that they don’t work for UPS they’re just franchise. I was calling to find out the phone number to talk to a human being at the UPS 800 number and she had no clue if there was such number.

Open, clean and 2 staff ready to help. I ran in on my way to Lifetime and Nesha was a great help and the whole transaction took under a few minutes. The Amazon return drop off is great. If you need something done quick- there isn't a line most the day after lunch. Thanks for being in the Skyway for us! -Dylan
