Dropped 3 different packages off at this location. packages were never scanned. UPS customer service was completely useless!!! didn't help and I'm out the money. lots of reviews say there are others with the exact same problem!!!!

I dropped a package off in this mailbox two weeks ago and it hasn’t been scanned or delivered. From the looks of these reviews I bet it is still sitting in the box

I dropped off a trade-in Pixel phone but it never reached the destination. When I called Google they said they needed the bill for a refund. The UPS customer personnel told me that my phone was never scanned. A chain of back and forth emails with both Google customer care and UPS reached nowhere. What can I do if I drop a package and it was never scanned? $90 down the drain. Hope I don't have to do business with UPS in the future. Not buying another Pixel phone either.

Dropped an expensive item to be shipped out in this drop box and they never scanned it. More than a month later and I still can't get a single person on the phone to help.

It's a UPS drop box. I'm not sure I can give a review that would fully explain or capture the holistic experience of placing a pre-labeled, shipping-paid parcel into a big steel box through its heavy, tamper-proof access slot. You may have to do this one yourself to truly understand it.

Like the other 1-star reviews, jam packed so full, anyone could reach in take whatever they wanted. This was around noon on a Monday. Likely not picked up on the weekend so poured over. Maybe consider an early pickup on Mondays?
