Messed up delivery. I eventually got instructions to go pick the item up in person from the UPS center the next day, Saturday. When I arrived they were closed. Hours of business provided above here on Google are incorrect.

This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST. First off, I never receive my packages. They are at a 100% fail rate of delivering my packages in the past 2 years at my residence. I have tried to deal with them multiple times and every single phone call I get from a representative at this place starts with an extreme attitude. By the end of the phone call the agent is hanging up on my because I point out that they tell me the exact same thing every single time and never fix my delivery issues. They then proceed to tell me they can’t work with me because I’m not happy with their solutions. You are correct! I’m not happy that I still don’t receive my packages and have to have the same frustrating phone call with your disrespectful agents 100% of the time I receive a package through UPS! Do better, treat your customers with care, and stop calling back your customers with a bad attitude already established.

Locating the customer entrance was a little tricky as the signs aren't very clear and almost ended up in the shipping dock area a couple times before I figured it out. The staff inside were very nice and helpful. Took them a little while to locate the package which was understandable with the problems I had with delivery and pick up requirements were a little confusing as to what they required but made it through. As far as delivery drivers is another story in itself but since this is for the customer center I'm only reviewing that part.

I was supposed to receive a very important document today. I have waiting and tracking the status whole day in apartment. And after around 25 minutes from the scheduled delivery time when I checked my delivery status again it showed that the delivery is being sent to the send, because they were unable to contact me in their final attempt of the delivery. I didn't get any email, msg or call, even though I had signed up for the status update. I don't understand how they were unable to contact me. I was at home while day. The UPS delivery person whoever is on duty today is a fraud. They just don't want to deliver and hence make theses fake excuses so that they can just go home without delivering. I hope someone is seeing this review in the UPS team and if they are in some power of authority, please take necessary action to teach these slackers some manners and how to respect their job.

UPS delivers lightning-fast service! Whether I'm sending packages or receiving them, they're consistently speedy and reliable. Kudos to their efficient team. ⚡??

Pathetic and unprofessional service. Don't even bother to knock the door or send a message regarding my delivery. Didn't deliver and send back my important documents even in a 3 day delivery service. Bunch of good for nothing nincompoops.

To whomever didn't deliver my package, you didn't leave a note you didn't call. I had someone at my apartment all day waiting for you to arrive and give me a call so that they could sign for my time sensitive package. To no avail. I get a notification well after the "delivery attempt" stating they missed me. Again no info notice was received on my end. I was not able to ask for a different location because I didn't get an info notice. And now I have to wait until Monday to get my time sensitive package from a facility I should have been able to pick up my package from earlier today. Very frustrating to say the least.Edit: I'm already trying to use your automated frustrating as all F Instagram dm system. It's telling me to use my choice but that the whole issue, I didn't receive and info notice so I don't have the number it needs for me to do such a thing. How does that help me? Please tell me how does that get me my package?

They delivered to my apartment office but didn't even bother to mention to them about the big box I was expecting. Why even load it on the truck if you're going to keep it a secret??

If you need to go to the customer center, something has gone wrong. But the staff was polite.I wouldn't say the service is quick, but reasonable. There's a bus stop nearby which really helps.Much better experience than I expected.

Only once in five years and over 70 deliveries has UPS delivered packages to my apartment that EXPRESSLY require my signature. The driver will often claim in an email that he or she attempted delivery but I was not there, even though I was in my apartment waiting for a knock or a phone call. Other times they will drop the package off in our unsecured lobby, rather than at my apartment, forcing me to immediately scramble downstairs after I get a delivery notification before someone with sticky fingers gets to my package first. This includes, but is not limited to, essential medications. I suspect the problem is due to severe performance metrics imposed by management, meaning drivers think they do not have the time to take an elevator up to my floor and walk down my hallway without taking a hit on their performance ratings. I'm not in a unique situation, other UPS customers probably get the same disrespectful treatment that I do. I would give UPS a minus 10 if I had that option.
