Not very satisfied with my experience. There were some technical problems with the website which led them to asking for $200 more. I was feeling a bit unsure of their abilities after the mishaps so I asked if I could cancel. They told me I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee because they had already ordered my shirts (which was odd because they specifically ran out of my size before I ordered so I had to choose from the sizes they had in stock.) So I decided to swallow the $200 and order anyways. They were just ok. The first shirt I picked up was cheap feeling and had some dirt on it. Didn't inspect more. But I gave 2 stars because they are wearable and printed in the right areas with the right colors.

Had a bit of a miscommunication with this company regarding t-shirts for a company party. I got on the phone with Tyreek, and he went above and beyond to make the situation right. The shirts ended up being great and it all worked out — thanks to him! Would definitely use again.

I just popped into this place because they were at the Uptown Art Fair. They have stock on hand at a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to place an order. The associate was helpful and answered all my questions. This would be my first pick if I needed this service. I went through a graphic arts course in High School, so I know what it takes to do a basic screen print, as well as set type, has anyone needed that anymore? Anyway, great store.

We worked with Tariq at Underground Printing for event shirts and had the most excellent experience! He guided us through the process and was so helpful, thorough, and beyond pleasant. What could have been stressful for someone inexperienced in this type of task ended up being enjoyable thanks to him! I would (and will) recommend Underground Printing to anyone needing custom printing.

My experience with UGP was nothing short of great. I sent them my graphic logo for the front and back and they knocked it out of the park. Their customer service was outstanding and always willing to answer my questions and make the changes I wanted. The finished shirt was better than I expected and will definitely be buying the rest of my shirts from them.

Underground Printing is a great spot to order from! I've ordered from them a couple times. The most recent time was a little frustrating because we had to send back a few items two different times because the printing was either off center or crooked. But each time they were quick to redo the order for me. Despite that, I do recommend working with them! The quality of the products is great, and their staff I communicated with was awesome too.
