“I've been riding buses with Plymouth Metrolink for 15 years. The drivers are wonderful and their dispatch/customer service representatives are so kind and helpful. I've ridden some metro transit buses that are not like that... passengers and driver's being rude and unhelpful. I love Plymouth Metrolink!”

There is no curb parking for drop off, but there is a waiting area around the corner outside of Target Field. From there, it’s just a short two minute walk to the entrance.”

I especially liked the zipcar app and the automated telephone system that's set up for customers to connect to an agent 24-7 and get necessary help immediately as needed. I took my road test with a zip car, and the service agent gave me a great care and personalized help in preparing the necessary documents for taking the test with a rental vehicle. Zipcar really gave me the best idea of how much openness a company could have towards its customers' needs.
