“I have taken my bug to many shops, and even the VW dealership has sadly screwed up my car many times in the past. My poor little bug broke down on me and wouldn't start. I had it towed to the Volkswagen Man and OMG best little shop just for Volkswagens ever! I sadly needed a new engine, and they went above and beyond to help me with getting my car back up and running and in the budget I could afford. They kept me up to date on what what was going and they even showed my old engine and all the damage. I'm so grateful to have found this shop and will forever be my now go to with my car because ever other place has caused trust issues.”

“John and his team deserve your business. I never leave Google reviews, however, after the experience I have had, it needs to be done. I have a fully paid off Subaru with a little over 100K miles. I have taken the car to Turbo Tims and a shop in Maple Grove. Both shops quoted me around $3K to fix leaking valves. Turns out, I need valve cover gaskets replaced not valve covers. The job is $600 not $3,000 that was quoted from the other shops.Today I went to Blvd Autoworks in NE Minneapolis. I needed my left axle replaced. Was quoted >$500 for this and was told my breaks needed replacing which Blvd quoted me almost $800 for the front two break pads and rotors. I called John and asked him to quote me for both the axle and breaks. His quote was $300 less total. I googled the parts and Blvd up charged the price of all parts.I get to John at Lowry Repair Center and they show me the parts and the condition of my breaks. They did not recommend a break exchange and showed me that all four break pads were 5 mm at least.Honest and trustworthy guys, fair prices, and free education. I could not recommend them more. Give them your business, save your money and prevent yourself from being tricked into outrageous prices elsewhere. Go to Lowry Repair Center. His team will be getting my business going forward. I appreciate the money that they saved me and the education and time they spent teaching me about my car.”

“We’ve used Flanery’s three times now. The first to listen to a noise and ultimately have an old heat plate taken off, the second to get rear brakes replaced and then today, to borrow a portable jump starter for my husband’s car. No charge to borrow it (not even a name/number/form- just trust!), no charge for the heat plate removal…they legit feel like neighborhood dads I call whenever one of our cars does something funny. They’ll help for free when they can and they did great work at a good price when we got the brakes done.

“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! “I recently took my Mitsubishi Outlander to Kennedy Transmission for a CVT transmission rebuild. They did a fantastic job – the car is running smoothly and feels brand new again.
But what truly impressed me was their commitment to customer service. After the rebuild, I encountered a separate issue with the transmission (not related to their work). Kennedy Transmission could have easily pointed the finger elsewhere, but instead, they went above and beyond. They covered the cost of towing my car back to their shop and took care of the warranty work on the original repair at no additional charge.

“Exceptional service and repair! Baraka looked at my vehicle, gave me an immediate quote that I was very happy with. They got my car in right away, when the other auto body places said the soonest would be 4 months from now. They told me that it would take 3 days to repair the damage. It was done by noon on Day 3. The repair is exceptional. I highly recommend this BIPOC owned and operated business! They do not spend money on a fancy shop front, waiting room furniture, or signage.
