“My hyundai had been broken in for the last time. I have to say I was devastated my handle was torn off, drivers door lock busted to the brim, you know how the Kia Boyz are doing it now. I went to this place after being quoted $500+ multiple places (w/o paint). Finally came in, Ramin was super empathetic of my situation, gave a fair price of $340. I'd have to say after everything with my hyundai, I've had tears and all due to these break ins, $1000+ in repairs just due to the ignition system, busted windshield, ect. I think I did cry happy tears today, a little relief for myself and my car. Please go, it'll be worth it!”

“They have serviced all my cars for 36yrs, I will continue to bring my cars to these men. They let you know what is wrong with your car, do not try to up sale you or gouge you in pricing. As a woman, to trust a mechanic, this is extremely important. Never had a bad experience with them, may not have liked what they told was wrong with car, but all knew going in it was going to cost me money as my car is not a cheap to get fixed. However, Mike always seems to help figure out to prioritize what really needs to be done and what can wait 3-6 months so my pocket book is not a bloody massacre..lol. To me, this is above all else when considering vehicle repair services. Edina Tire & Auto does a fine job with repairs and maintenance, as anyone would expect from a reputable shop.
They will frequently opt to use OEM or proper aftermarket parts which have been noted for their reliability and quality, which will occasionally result in a higher price than other locations - you do get what you pay for, though. Their customer service has always been a pleasant note as well, but once again - and above all - they can be trusted.
I don't know of any other location in the area which would take a car in for requested brake servicing, only to discover that the brakes don't need attention quite yet, and instead of replacing the brakes and rotors with some B.S. confirmation that - "Yeah, brakes were pretty bad, please pay $xxx for the repair, thanks.", they called me and told me that they wouldn't need to charge anything for brakes and rotors as the brakes have plenty of life left. "Anyhow, Oil change is done, and if/when you're ready here is a list of other recommended maintenance/repairs which may be needed in the near future. Come back any time!"
Most shops would jump at the opportunity to not only replace the brakes/rotors when they don't need to, and hard pressure you into the other repairs. ETA instead chose to be honest about the brakes being in decent condition, touched up the other parts in need of attention, took care of the quick oil change, and provided a list (with pricing breakdowns) of recommended repairs/maintenance without being the least bit pushy.
These are good people and they provide a fantastic, professional service. This is the go-to shop for Edina/Richfield/SLP, if you ask me.”

“Fantastic experience. My water heater went out and I called our usual plumber and was told they were booked out 9 days. 9 days with no hot water isn't acceptable. Found company, made an online appointment same day, recorded a little video of my situation, attached it and some pictures, and two hours later they were here swapping out my water heater. They had what I needed on the truck, were prepared, professional and polite. I took a hot shower a couple hours later grinning ear to ear. I've got a new plumbing company now! “First of all, let me start of by saying, I called 3 supposed 24/7 towing companies in the area with no response before making contact with Sal at 24/7 Towing Company. Don't even bother wasting your time calling other towing companies, Sal at 24/7 Towing Company is where you want to take your business! Sal is an absolute gem! He's professional, patient and extremely understanding. My situation was quite complicated as I was calling from Omaha, NE trying to assist my 76 year-old uncle in the Brooklyn Center, Minnesota area. At the time, my uncle appeared to be experiencing some confusion. A Good Samaritan had picked him on the side of the highway but the car was left behind. Upon speaking with Sal, he immediately jumped into action. I paid for the tow and received the receipt via text thereafter. I then gave Sal the make, model, color and year of the car. Sal inquired about the keys. At that time, I quickly realized my uncle had the keys with him at his hotel. Sal without hesitation offered to go to the hotel and pick up the keys. Very generous... Sal rode up and down the highway until he found the car, confirmed the personalized plates, retrieved the keys from the hotel and towed the car to the designated placed. He sent confirmation via text to include pictures of the car at said designated location when the job was complete. The communication was excellent throughout the process. He called me when my uncle mistakenly stated his hotel was in St. Paul. He called from the highway . He called when he arrived in the hotel lobby for the keys and from auto shop/drop-off location. When all was said and done, I was delighted that the other towing companies didn't answer because Sal was a pleasure to do business with. He put me at ease during a concerning situation with my uncle and me not being familiar with area. He showed care for my uncle. Thank you Sal from Tiffany in Omaha, NE!!”

“My wife had a flat in one of the best places in Mpls NOT to be stuck...and it was dark. I gave Brian a sitrep and he responded before I could click on the link to pay him. He updated me along the way. When he arrived my wife wasn't there. I told him where she called from (of course her phone had a major malfunction that morning so she didn't have it with her). Brian googled it watch for her likely path of approach. All the while, he kept me on speakerphone updating me as to who he saw coming from that direction. Brian went way above and beyond! As an old, disabled vet (and feeling kinda helpless at the time), I don't have the words to express how much this helped and what it meant to us. We give him our highest recommendation!! A true professional on several levels!”

“He arrived at his scheduled time. I had two flat tires. He replaced one flat tire with my spare so it was towed at a reasonable price. Two flat tires would require a flat bed, expensive. To access the spare tire in the trunk he had to remove numerous items in the trunk and put them in the back seat. He had no issues in doing this extra work to get to the spare. “I highly recommend this company. Unfortunately I was in a car accident recently and needed to have my car towed to a body shop. The insurance company arranged for a different tow company to retrieve the car. As I was in the hospital, I was not able to follow up until the next day. When I checked, my car was still in the same spot and they had noted they couldn’t find it. The damaged car sat overnight at the accident scene and thankfully was not impoundedWe were able to reach out to Nishan auto services instead and they were able to retrieve the car.
