I called today at 12:30 08/29/23 the lady at the front desk was so rude. I said thank you and everything she just hung up in my face. This clinic was not like this 4 years ago everyone was so professional then.

Devlin Stitt attacked Mrs.Garbow suddenly hitting her in chest, hitting her with a phone and blocking her path out of the room because an aerosol spray was in the air. Two hits to one and you as the employer didn’t do anything but cater to the unhinged employee. You could’ve presented camera footage or sent a character witness for Mrs.Garbow. Terrible people

Great place to work! Very person-centered and focused on providing quality mental health services to clients. They also treat their employees well.

Touchstone Mental Health is an excellent community resource for both services as well as housing. We are able to use their conference rooms for meetings, and have a great relationship with the staff and administration.

Unfortunately, Touchstone Mental Health didn't offer much support, in my experience. Often, the care coordinator was unresponsive to requests for assistance. The care coordinator would become responsive when it was time for them to update their required paperwork; a phone call every 3 months and in-person visit every 6 months. I definitely felt like a number instead of a human being. When I wasn't able to get a hold of the care coordinator, I was transferred to another ca
