Sean is the man! Did a fantastic job repairing the stitching on my Mercedes designo leather! See before and after pictures. He took the time to walk me through his process and approach to fixing it. Sean does good upholstery work. However he backed out of doing a job on my car. He asked me to bring in my car on a specific date to have the work done and luckily I called a couple days prior to check in and he abruptly said he couldn't work on it and to call him a few days later. If I hadn't have called ahead I would have shown up on the agreed upon date in Watertown (which is an 80 mile round-trip drive from my home) and I would have been turned away. Then when I called him again as requested he said he still couldn't work on it because of a more important client. He doesn't return phone calls either. He had a disrespectful tone and when I was disrespectful back he told me to take my business elsewhere. Hence, I don't find the business very customer oriented. If you don't mind the possibility of being cancelled on and strung along -- go there.

I used Top Stitch to have a tear fixed on my Wrangler front seat. Sean did an excellent job getting a new fabric panel in there and making it look as good as new.

Sean at Top Stitch is truly the best in the business. for me not having any knowledge of interior work, Sean recommended me to use a specific seat to upgrade in my truck so it would look normal and not so futuristic! Not only did he find it, he went out of his way to purchase it on his own dime before the truck even went to his shop. Had some upholstery repair work I needed done on my car's interior . Sean did a great job on the workmanship, was very responsive , reliable and timely . will definitely be back.. fyi... only cash or checks...no credit cards.

Sean was helpful, well priced, and did a great job. Needed a repair/replacement for torn leather front seat. Sean was able to complete the work within a day and the end result looks great. Highly recommend.
