Don't bring your car here! I paid for the diagnostic service and all they did was read the check engine code which I could do myself with my $40.00 code reader. Beyond knowing the code they couldn't diagnose the cause of the code any further. Just wanted to start randomly replacing parts at my expense. Spent almost $600.00 and it ran worse that when I brought it there. Charged $100.00 (and that was a discount!) to tell me my air filter was fine even though I already knew it was. They keep saying they are "really good at what they do" however couldn't give me a quote for fixing what was wrong. So unless you are willing to spend a bunch of money having them throw parts at your car hoping to find the problem, go somewhere else.

As I was driving to work on Thursday morning in my Audi, my power steering went out. I knew that was NOT a good sign, so I headed back for home, at which point I noticed the battery warning on my dash. Upon parking, I did a little googling and realized there was no way I could drive this down to the dealership in Richfield. And I didn't want to pay for a tow! So more googling brought me to Top Gear. I gave them a call about about 10 am, and they told me to bring it on in. Then even gave me some tips on how to get it there without it dying. When I dropped it off, they warned me that it may not be fixed before 6 that day, but I was ok with that. Whelp, they texted and emailed at noon letting me know it was a belt that needed to be replaced and sent me the itemized estimate. I immediately responded that I was OK with the cost and gave them the green light. Then at 3 pm, I got another text saying the car was fixed and ready to pick up! They did a great job, and I think I'm done with the dealership for good!

I bought an older Mercedes convertible and found Top Gear online. What a mistake. I had a terrible experience and my car runs worse than when I brought it to them after spending almost $3,000 to get my car back. I was upset that my car could not even be driven home after spending almost $3k. I drove it there. I talked to 3 people before I took them to court and all had bad experience with Top Gear. I had never been to court before. Super Dave, the owner showed up in court with attorney. Found out he has been in court at least 30 times for 59 charges. Obviously he knew what judge wanted to see. He won, I lost. They will have lots of comments about my car and prior mechanics and my unfortunate experience. Do your research. There are a lot of people and places to take your car. Do not take it to this guy!!! Again do your research. Don't be a victim!!!

Just picked up my older Range Rover and am very pleased w the communication and service by Dave and his team. I had it towed there late last night and received a call from them first thing this morning. Repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I recommend Dave and his team with full confidence.

Since 2015 I have relied on Top Gear for service; Quality work with smart preventative maintenance recommendations. They take debit/credit cards, prices are fair and I would recommend Top Gear Autoworks and Dave to anyone whose vehicle matches their service listing.
