Their pricing is good however it’s impossible to get them on the phone and their communication that your order is ready for pickup is non-existent.

I just wanted to thank you and your company for the wonderful service.I placed an order this morning to replenish our paper supply. Seriously the best to work with. My team and I worked with Crystal and she was amazing from the moment we started working with her.She also came through with a super last minute add-on that made all of the difference.Working with a printer from another city can be worrisome but with this team, we had no concerns and were nothing but impressed.Highly recommend.

Absolutely horrible. I used these guys 13 years ago under their former name Albinson and had a stellar experience. However this time was horrible. I called ahead to confirm color profiles needed for printing. They said RGB. So I did. When I got my order (wrapped in cardboard, thin foam and packing tape = HUGE NO NO GUYS!!! THAT IS NOT ARCHIVAL), all images were muddy and color was way off from the originals. I made note of that and they just mumbled something or other.Two days later, today, I realized what it was, They print in CMYK, so I called. And spoke to someone who hardly had in interest in my problem only confirming they print in CMYK and offered no solution even though I explained that they originally told me RGB. Mumbled the whole time. No customer service whatsoever.200$ down the drain and what will be now two weeks behind schedule. If you use them be EXPLICITLY CLEAR on procedures or don't go to them at all for crucial and archival work.PS, next time guys. Each print gets separated by a sheet or archival tissue paper and slid in a large archival cardboard envelope, or better yet a box designed for storing photos.
