My experience living at the Vicinity has been incredible! Management is so incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we moved in! I would recommend anyone looking to move into the Mill District to look no further than Vicinity!

Our cars got broken into for the 6th time. Wondering what’s it going to take for the management team to add some real security? So far, they’ve told us to report these incidents to the police and use your own insurance to cover the damages and lost items. Of course, they do not take, and have never taken, any responsibility for these recurring incidents and have refused to show camera footage, which we needed for the insurance claim.
Also, forgot to add that parking is $190/month, for two cars we pay $380 every single month- you’d expect at the very least a safe space, right?
To respond to your comment - we have been constantly asking for the security video footage to be able to submit the insurance claim and better understand what all got stolen and per your policy, your team has denied us from looking at it. Another thing you guys could do is to add real security, sounds like the desk folks we currently have are not equipped nor able to respond to any safety incidents and your direction has been to have residents call 911.

Genuinely the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in (& I’ve lived in a lot of places). Everything is clean, updated, simple and so reasonably priced considering the incredible location. Blade & Shalon are the most responsive, helpful, reasonable property management duo imaginable and they are always finding new ways to keep our community safe, comfortable and engaged. 15/10 recommend!!

I have lived here for 5 years and I love it. The location is perfect. The building is kept clean and the management is amazing. I have lived in downtown for the last ten years and this is one of the best experiences I have had!

The Vicinity is a great place to live, conventionally located downtown Minneapolis. Close to the park, river, grocery store, and theater. The vicinity is a great place with amazing amenities for families, friends and fur babies to enjoy.

I just moved into The Vicinity and my home feels very comfortable and inviting. The light color palette is refreshing. Blade in the office is kind and embracing and new to the community, he really is very knowledgeable. The location is perfect for my needs as it is truly in a very peaceful section of Minneapolis, yet still a very short walk to delicious dining experiences. Make this your home. You won't regret!

If you have not toured or seen The Vicinity in the Mill District area, it is the perfect location for professionals working in downtown Minneapolis. My good friend X recently moved to The Vicinity and loves it. I am also trying to move in there as soon as possible and have been working with the management. The excellent staff and amenities are outstanding, and I am very optimistic about moving there soon!

This could not be any better. Everyone and everything has been perfect. Clean, bright comfortable. Love the bed. Here for Big Ten Tournament excellent location. 1 mile from target center.

My partner and I have lived in The Vicinity for 2 and a half years and we absolutely love it. The building itself is beautiful - high quality fixtures with great amenities that are well kept, and the location is hard to beat. The neighborhood is safe, walkable, and clean with access to parks, grocery stores, and entertainment. The building staff is always friendly and quick to help. Susan, especially, always goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment and put on events for residents. I would recommend The Vicinity to anyone and everyone!

I lived here for 3 years, and recently moved out. I absolutely loved my time living here, extremely well kept building ALWAYS clean, hallways, entry’s, garages, amenities and even garbage chutes. Very secure, concierge who knows you by name, as well as friendly security. Neighbors are friendly and mind their own business. Very convenient location downtown, and very walkable area. If I was to ever move back downtown I would move to the Vicinity in a heartbeat. The office staff has been very welcoming and friendly from the moment I applied, and special S/O to Susan for always being so kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Maintenance staff comes in timely when putting in a work order. I never leave review, so trust me when I say you’ll love living here!
