Had a very "above & beyond expectations" UPS visit today. I'm vision impaired and imposed on Kristin to assist me with a number of tasks, she was very kind to help (i wasn't prepared so she organized my items) and her chipper, effervescent demeanor coupled with her skillful knowledge of how to perform her duties was most impressive. Thank You Kristin...appreciate all that you do ????????

I’ve been helped several times by Kristen and she is kind and patient while multitasking and dealing with people who are often quite the opposite. She’s made my Amazon returns a breeze and even helped me package and label a return I didn’t realize I needed to supply my own box for. Thank you Kristen!

Came here to return some Comcast equipment and the agent was super nice and helpful. It is hard to find the store within the hotel but if you go up the escalators to the second floor it’s right there. There is public parking within the hotel building as well as metered parking on the street.

I want to give a shout-out to Kristine for her amazing energy. My phone died and I needed to use a QR code, and she kindly let me use her charger. She was very friendly and had great energy. It was one of the best experiences I've had at any UPS store, and I’ll definitely be visiting this store more often.

Consistently bad customer service. It’s also an absolute and unjustifiable racket to charge a $7 minimum receiving fee (that scales by quite a bit based on your package weight) for any packages received as a guest at the hotel.
You aren’t adding any service or value whatsoever. You’re shaking people down for money since they have no other choice.
