We bought a chair for the baby’s nursery, and when we came back within 24 hours to pick it up, they had sold it a second time to someone else! The chair was gone. I was so mad. Very unprofessional. We had to file paperwork just to get our money back.

I went out of my way to stop here today. BIG MISTAKE!! I'm telling you all now that store is ridiculously high! I mean $145 for a comforter, $50 for a clock! These items aren't new, they don't go up in value! Nothing! I kid you not... DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!

it’s true, they have department store prices. they forget the reason people buy used, is because they can’t afford the high prices for new things,. they need to come back to earth & tone it down..

The store is kind of empty for a thrift store but I got a good deal on this rat!

We tested a microwave before we left and it worked. The next day, it caught fire. I don't want a refund only because I know all sales are final, but they do need to make sure the electronics are safe before selling.

Great prices compared to other thrift stores but tag colors can be hard to determine. I know that sounds silly but grey and blue and white are extremely similar and so are red and orange. So it's easy to get confused at what's actually on sale.

Just love the employee's! And they always always have a tag on discount! Which I hope it makes affordable for all. The variety of sizes and item's makes it a treasure hunt. It is impossible to shop the goodwill !! So expensive. Thank you for coming to my neighborhood. My husband and I go on Wednesdays for senior day, we call it our date night.

Blaine store on 89th.Horrible customer serviceClueless and rude employeesRidiculous pricesThey make up their own prices as they wish and accuse customers randomly of price tag changes!!! They even refuse to sell items to you for whatever reasons and claim it’s their company policy! Need to talk to a staff who actually knows!Left the store feeling traumatized!

I have shopped here a few times before but recently prices have been raised astronomically. Furniture and home goods were easily 2-3x higher than what they should be. Definitely find other thrift stores.

Horrible experience; rude and clueless employees. ridiculous prices. This paranoid cash register woman was accusing price tag changes randomly and called the manager and was coming up with their new prices that're above store prices, lol! I spent about $200.00 this time but told them they just lost a good customer. No respect, no accountability. Traumatized. Blaine, MN 89th store***

I was pretty shocked at the prices at this specific Salvation Army. I would like to point out that SA seems less like a for charity and more of a for profit organization. I am disappointed at the inflating prices at most thrift stores throughout the Twin Cities. They were trying to sell a 35mm film camera listed online for $34 for $49.99. What? Where do they get off?

Tbh I love thrift shopping but if yer looking for deals this is not the place to go you find this the SAME PRICE it is in the store sometimes MORE. Is there no rule on how to price things? Prices go up every time I come back. And tonight one of the workers got on the loud speaker and went on a whole rant on how we should be as customers, hb you guys do your job first. I’m done with this store, go somewhere else. I WOULD NOT recommend.
