5 stars purely for the customer service.Had a defective screw and most likely a defective part, I was dreading having to deal with customer service, instead the lady I talked with took care of everything for me and responded very timely.Had no idea they were in Minnesota also very happy to hear.I’ll update this post after I put it together,Thank you so much.

I just received my 2nd package from the manhattan toy company and i wanted to express how happy we were with the way you handled our order... my daughter not only LOVED her special plushie bunny but her gift got here on time (before Xmas) and we were all thrilled. We look forward to shopping manhattan toy company from now on.... best toys & customer service EVER!!!! AllirYe

THANK YOU PHIL RADTKE for exceptional customer service and thank you to the MTC team for making such wonderful toys! My baby girl is one lucky and happy lady to have her "teddy" everywhere she goes! We've already used the "replacement" 3x since it arrived!!! Thanks for being the best at what you do!

I received the Infant Stim mobile as a gift for my new baby, after admiring my girlfriend's mobile. For whatever reason, it was missing a part in the box, so I emailed Manhattan Toy Company. They quickly responded with apologies and offered to send a replacement ASAP. Debby even included another small gift for my trouble. It's hard to find great customer service these days, so I really appreciate it when I do. Not only that, but they have great products. Highly recommended.
