best management!! they r good at what they do and super friendly. they r very caring and r quick to fixing things.its been a month since i moved and im so happy i chose such a nice place.i think they could have a better bike storage but there is one is the basement parking lot and one above ground.overall i love the quiet neighborhood

From the leasing office to the maintenance team, everyone is friendly, attentive, and genuinely cares about making your living experience exceptional.Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the team was always quick to respond and resolve any issues promptly. They truly understand the meaning of exceptional customer service. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who calls this place home.Thank you to the entire team for creating such an incredible living environment. We have been here for almost 2 years and absolutely love it! The staff is like no other here. If you have any questions, the office staff is always there to answer any questions and if they're not in the office, they are quick to answer as soon as possible. The cleaning staff clean the apartment building daily so it is always fresh and clean. The maintenance staff is superior. We submit a request the day before and boom it's done by the time I get home from work the next day with a note with what was wrong.The building and rooms in itself are fairly newer. As in they have done remodels to some rooms and continue to remodel and update rooms. I have heard rumors or maybe they have announced a tap in key type entrance, but for now everything isIf you're in a higher floor the view is like no other and worth it for the upgrades if you can afford it.They have a gym, 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), saunas, conference room, etc. It sometimes feels like you're in a hotel.The other residents are from all age groups, genders, and backgrounds. It's a very diverse building and from what I see everyone gets along.THE only complaint or issue I have about this whole building is that the exterior facing windows/patio doors are older and not as well insulated. Which we've only had this one time, but with strong winds and heavy HEAVY rain falls, the rain will seap through the windows/doors and come into the apartment. In the future I'm betting they will upgrade these to be more improved.Overall, I still rate it 5 stars because of all the benefits and only 1 issue. It is a great place to live and I would recommend it to a friend!

Evrything about this place is good... it's a high rise apartment with great views, especially if you are living on the top floors... it has 17 floors and an option to choose between one, two and three bed units... they have a gym, washer dryer room, community hall which allows residents to have free access for parties( for which you have to reserve the room with management prior)Maintenance staff are too good and too prompt to help you!

Live there for nearly 2 years and I miss the service from the property management team! Great balcony, awesome pool, lovely quiet neighborhood. Edina does have a high cost of living, but in terms of the visual space you are getting from the huge windows it is worth it.

Steve is incredible - our dishwasher was damaged by the previous resident. And, he replaced the dishwasher with this new and very quiet dishwasher - top tray works, dishwasher does not leak all over the floor. Amazing!

Me and my roommates absolutely love living here! Everyone is so friendly and the building is always so clean and well kept up. Steve the maintenance guy is AMAZING all maintenance requests are answered immediately and fixed promptly and Janet in the office is always so wonderful and helpful!

Very disappointed with the application process and how we were treated as applicants by the management. Background check took over 4+ weeks to clear. During these 4 weeks, we were led on and given false ETAs. Finally by week 3 we applied to two other apartments, both of which the background check cleared in 24 hrs.For those seeking a smooth apartment hunt it would behoove you to consider elsewhere.

Really loving the yoga, HIIT, and Sculpt virtual classess that are offered through Bigos properties! Best move they have made in a long time to show appriciation to their residence. They have done other things but this is by far the healthiest. Please don't take this away simply because things are loosening up (re COVID). It sill does not mean that people are comfotable going to a gym. The only thing you should do is to better advertise this benifit. I am sure that more people would take advantage of this if they knew about it. And a big kudos to the office staff at Edina Towers and of course, Steve! Best crew ever!
