I want to give it more stars, but there are way too many cases of grocery items being out of stock. I also wish Target had real butchers/meat counters. Never enough cashier.

By far the worst target in the Twin Cities. I went to exchange two pairs of pants. I had bought two pairs for $20 each. But because they were on sale and now they’re not. I still owe them 21 something. Why would I pay more? If all I wanted to do was exchange the pants should be the same price exchanging. And one of the leads Galen was not helpful at all, very condescending.

Call the store to ask a return question with guest services just for them to awnser and not say anything but you can hear them in backround then call back to be hung up on two times . What happened to decent customer service

It used to be a pleasure shopping at Target for groceries but not anymore. Always stopping at another store because they are out of something.
The customer service has fallen to basically nonexistent. Never enough cash registers open and I do not like to self checkout.
Also too many Target employees shopping for the customer pickup.
At my local Target the customer pickup parking is right in front of the store and way too many spots.

I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 AM and when I arrived, someone was sitting at the desk saying “we just opened up, t’ll be 10 minutes. And right now.as of 10 AM nobody has returned. Poor service

This is my home target, but it has gone down hill. Due to poor management and lazy and disrespectful staff. Every time I do an order pick up something gets canceled. When I go to pickup my items, I find my missing items on the shelf. The order pick up team is the worst.

Absolutely wretched. Long check out lines. Employ more people to have counters open. To buy a single item, you got to wait hours on the check out line. WTH?????

Stock levels seem to be more consistent at this store, compared to many of the other metro stores.

Multiple times have to drive back to this target to do a return. Never do they compensate you, never do they care that you’re constantly having to come back because they can’t give you the proper product. Horrible place.
