There was a time when shopping was quick, fun, and convenient. Now we spend more time in line waiting to pay than actually shopping. A real manager would clear their lines, then go back to their other tasks. It's no longer about customer service and satisfaction. The manager needs a demotion. There were carts and trash INSIDE the store blocking thee exit.

The worst thing about this target is the terrible produce, the vegetables specifically. The onions and garlic always have soft/rotting spots, the peppers are starting to wilt as are the greens, ect. The fruit and meat seem fine though. If you want sales or good produce just got to Cub down the street.

Dial back on the kiosks in your aisles, Target! They take up far too much room in your stores.

This target is OK. The shelves can often be empty after a busy day and drive up orders take a long time to come out, but the store is usually clean and cashiers are friendly.

We bought ear buds Apple at TArget the box was empty on Christmas morning. Tried to return to target “Anton” refused telling us to call apple. We did, they said it was target who needs to refund. Anton gave us the runaround and made us call target customer service for the refund- he would not make a decision, we were on hold forever. Terrible customer service. They finally took it back and did an even exchange.

Huge store, regular target, grocery, wine and spirits, and my daughter even says "they have an Ulta".

I used to love Target until they changed everything. Now it is more like health store than a down to earth shopping center. The prices have gone way up and you can't find what you're looking for anymore, mainly because they don't have it anymore. I miss their deals and discounts they had on their clothes and books and movies and they're music. Now it's like they are trying to be a health food store and nothing else matters to them. Very disappointed and I have stop shopping there since that change. I want the old target back!

Not enough staff to help you find items. Allow enough time to find it yourself.
Some items on lower shelf hard for a senior with knee issues hard to retrieve.

If I could give 0 starts I would, Anytime I go here to shop Every staff member that I have EVER had an encounter with was absolutely terrible. I have been personally harassed by a team member multiple times and nothing was ever done after I informed the on the clock manager. the last time I was in the bathroom was absolutely horrible, clogged toilets, blood and urine on the floor outside of the stalls, toilet paper all over the bathroom

not sure if it’s an understaffed issue or rather if all the staff is pulling their weight. whatever the case, drive up is not the quick and painless experience it used to be. ever since the drive up has been moved to the side/back of the building, it’s been nightmarishly slow which unfortunately defeats the purpose of the once convenient service. it’s now undoubtedly more efficient to go inside yourself if you’re physically able. multiple occasions i’ve waited 20+ minutes on a drive up order (i tell them i’m on the way and i’m oftentimes of just a handful of cars in the lot), and when leaving i’ve seen a huddle of employees just beyond the corner of the building smoking/socializing, standing with carts of peoples orders who are waiting for drive up. i really don’t have an issue with people taking breaks/ being human/ having fun at all but please don’t make people wait for you to do so it’s just a bit rude. could you not take your break at a designated time or dare i say when no one is waiting on you? just suggestions
